Great work! To the young guy that made me a quat espresso with honey at 12:30 Sunday, espresso shots from tims aren't usually this good. This one young guy that was working at 12:30 clearly knows how to make an awesome espresso, he should get a raise and share his skills with the rest of the staff. Love to see care for food service at Tim's like the good ol' days!

When I come here and order with my words clear as day, they somehow mess it up, and this is a common thing that they do. They seriously need better workers and need to be taught how to listen to there customers.

*1/5 Stars - Disappointing Drive-Thru Experience*
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the Tim Hortons drive-thru. The entire experience was marred by poor customer service and a rude staff member.
Firstly, the order-taking process was disorganized, and it seemed like the staff were not paying attention to our requests.
But what really took the cake was the tone and attitude of the girl working the drive-thru window. She was wearing glasses and working the evening shift. When we politely asked her to microwave our coffee to heat it up (we had already purchased it from Tim Hortons), she flat out refused. We asked her again, still politely, and she responded with a rude tone that left a bad taste in our mouths.
As a loyal customer, I expect better service from Tim Hortons. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling disenchanted, and I will not be returning to this location again.
*Tim Hortons, you need to work on your customer service skills!*

Alright sometimes hit or miss , not sure why they are so limited to doughnuts like the honey curler and honey dipped are both not available so sad.
This happened 3 time I got a half filled cup with ice but I asked them for less ice

they always mess with our orders, they dont know what actually a coffee with less ice is,
it happened 10th-15th time that we disappointed but never argue to them bcoz they dont know customer service , they are always ready to argue or ready to give me bold look.

If I could give zero stars I would, horrible service, I will stop coming here for sure. The shift on 19th of July 2024 around 8:15 pm has zero customer service skill. The coffee tasted terrible, it was a triple triple and had almost no cream and no sugar. The girl gave me the coffee like I am bothering here, i was smiling and being nice, said thank you and gave greetings. She looked at me with a frown on her face and gave me the cup while not even looking at me and slammed the window at my face and left me stunned. It just keeps getting worse and worse, i advice everyone to go the extra mile and get their coffee at home and stop supporting those corporations that hire and train people with no social skills whatsoever. This wasn’t the first time for the record. ???????
