Never used to have a problem here. Now with new staff everything is wrong. Order a medium French vanilla you think it would be full. The cup is always ALWAYS half full. They are soooo stingy with everything. Bagel is always burnt (after asking for it lightly toasted) Ask for extra butter you may as well be asking for one of their arms. Smh. Used to love Tim’s.

Worst food I got today. I don’t think they pay any attention what they are using while making your food. I ordered a veggie wrap and this is what o got. Now I am questioning all the food I got from this place. Big disappointment.

Extremely rude manager (name Don) and her coworker too (name Melisa) we showed them they gave us burnt bagels (we ordered toasted one and did mention that please check that its not burnt because it has happened before as well) couple times and we showed her the pictures and she shouted at us in front of all customers saying that we should have told them to do it lightly toasted instead

Good donuts, lovely fireplace, open when so many other restaurants closed at 8pm.
Dietary restrictions: Chili available for keto/low card/GF option
Kid-friendliness: You can buy timbits donut holes individually which is a nice option for a little sweet without the temptation of multiple donuts or getting kids too much sugar!

I was attacked by goose , why staff didn’t helped me? And I bought pizza yesterday, but when I try to eat it today it was mash! Not even fresh. Can I have refund? I had high expectations , but what the heck, my coffee was so hot and why there is no cat in store? Is someone allergic? I found out one customer was allergic to peanut., so he didn’t bought peanut cookie ! By the way are you hiring?

Pretty sad when you pay $1.60 to have extra cream cheese and they can’t even be bothered to spread apparently any!!!!!! LAST time I ever waste my money here.
Well ,first of all you have woman working days and I swear if she smiled,I would faint. Some staff that works afternoons couldnt boil water and their super slow. Now the details.I was waiting a week ago on a Saturday evening for my Wife to get off work so I decided to come to this Timmy's to have a chicken wrap.Well ,it was burnt and the chicken was hard.In the Womans defense she got the bottle of coke right.Second visit...I asked for a large steep tea with 3 honeys and 2 cream. The woman got the 2 creams right and it taste like maybe one honey. Also both times they were not busy so why not do your best.My Wife worked for Timmy's in Ontario a long time so I now how it works. The machine has a bell on it so when it goes off, take the dam wrap out of the machine before it burns.I work retail and if I gave bad service like that I would be unemployed.I realize it's only minimum wage but at least try better please.

Ended up not having enough for a bagel and I apologized for being annoying because I felt kinda bad but instead of saying it’s fine don’t worry about it like any other person with a sense of sympathy or customer service skills would, she just rolled her eyes at me and sighed in a very rude way.If that wasn’t bad enough she also started talking about it making fun of the fact that I didn’t have enough money, behind the counter with her coworker or manager.
Parking: There’s like maybe 6 or 7 spots but they are very cramped together

It's Tim Hortons, do you need to know more?It says hours are updated by the owner a few months ago. They do not open at 5am. They open at 6am.It can't be that hard to type in the proper hours so people don't have to pay for extra hospital parking.

The coffee is not at all good. It's warm and wet but that is where the similarity with real coffee ends. The food is meh - lowest-common-denominator stuff, the best thing you can say about it is that you can put it in your mouth and chew it without actually throwing up. So, to sum up, a fairly typical Tim's.
