Completely tried to overcharge us on our meal. Ranch wrap went from 4.99 to 6.99, and then finally, we get to the.Register it was 9.99 ! No wedges so had to get an old hash brown, which was broken in half and stale with the meal Despite having 8 -10 staff !....Then the incompetent staff we're trying to give hard looks when trying to sort it out, not cool.
I just went to Tim Hortons , I saw turkey running inside restaurant, some employees were chasing that bird. They said if I want my coffee I need to help them to catch that bird. After so long when I finally caught that bird (Baker baked that bird), they said they can’t make coffee for me. Even at this point I didn’t wanted coffee. that bird had his own family, he just came here to buy groceries. I went to gas station, but I had no money to pay for fuel. (Are you hiring?)

Tim Horton’s has steadily been declining in quality of their food products and customer service. Not to mention the state of cleanliness, or lack there of.
Dietary restrictions: Almond milk is available in lieu of dairy, oat milk is hit and miss. I wouldn’t count on oat milk being in store.

the worst service I have ever seen in my entire life...two young people who stare at you in the eye...when you arrive without a hello...then not a goodbye. "Chelsea" starts criticizing a customer who has just paid. a very uneducated young person...restaurant to avoid

Bought a buffalo chicken wrap this afternoon not happy of the purchase they put a lot of sauce and its dripping in my fingers as i was eating it. I thought this is one of a grab to go food but its not really good. It makes a lot of mess i wonder if this menu really need that much or is really just the worker who dont know how much is enough sauce in a wrap.

I love stopping at this tim hortons when I come to antigonish because they always have the most fresh donuts. I has super friendly service here yesterday, all around a good experience.

My son add I got a takeout order of wraps and a couple of donuts. The order was correct, quick, and tasted better than I had anticipated, especially the wraps. It was, all in all, a good experience.
Kid-friendliness: My son placed the order and brought it out. Everything was right and he said the staff was kind to him.

Tim Hortons seemed to open but the doors were locked. Seen able 5 people in side working just looking at all the customers waiting outside.

Absolutely shameful and a waste of money. They never make what you ask for. Can’t eat the chipotle sauce due to allergies and always ask for no sauce and pay $1.30 for extra sausage instead and today was by far the worst I got. The wrap wasn’t even wrapped properly and was just sitting in the paper and it was LOADED with sauce. No extra sausage. I know these are small world problems but when you pay $16 3x a week to have breakfast and it’s never right and you physically can’t eat it it’s beyond disappointing after awhile. Asked for candy cane white hot chocolate and got a French vanilla. Clearly the staff here need some training or something. Pay them more maybe they’d care enough to handle peoples orders with some thought.
