Went through for breakfast this morning. My partner asked for a sausage farmers wrap without the chipotle because she has an allergy. She received a bacon farmers wrap with chipotle. I asked for a sausage BELT with a DD. I got a bacon BELT and a black coffee with DD written on it. I’ll not be going to Tim’s again. Waste of time and money.

Worst place to stop at as got there @ 9:30 pm asked for 2 chi Ken wraps and the loaded bowl , was told no that it was close to closing asked what time they close , server replied 10 pm and asked him long to make the wraps and loaded bowl , he than said 7 minutes so I said ok it's only 9:30 and if it take 7 minutes than you still 23 minutes left, and he was persistent on not making them , so never stopping there again

If i could give no stars i would. Ordered bagels with cream cheese and bacon. One of them had a piece of lettuce hanging out it, the other had rice stuck to it. Also ordered a bacon farmers wrap, and it ended up having chicken in it. Also when ordering i couldnt make out a word of what they were saying. Worst tim hortons ive ever been to.

Completely tried to overcharge us on our meal. Ranch wrap went from 4.99 to 6.99, and then finally, we get to the.Register it was 9.99 ! No wedges so had to get an old hash brown, which was broken in half and stale with the meal Despite having 8 -10 staff !....Then the incompetent staff we're trying to give hard looks when trying to sort it out, not cool.

I just went to Tim Hortons , I saw turkey running inside restaurant, some employees were chasing that bird. They said if I want my coffee I need to help them to catch that bird. After so long when I finally caught that bird (Baker baked that bird), they said they can’t make coffee for me. Even at this point I didn’t wanted coffee. that bird had his own family, he just came here to buy groceries. I went to gas station, but I had no money to pay for fuel. (Are you hiring?)

Tim Horton’s has steadily been declining in quality of their food products and customer service. Not to mention the state of cleanliness, or lack there of.
Dietary restrictions: Almond milk is available in lieu of dairy, oat milk is hit and miss. I wouldn’t count on oat milk being in store.
