I visited Tim’s on October 28, 2025, at around 6:15 PM, and I was very impressed! The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and the customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. The manager’s response and professionalism were also outstanding — they really care about their customers. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

In the road to Baddeck in the Irving lot. Busy as it should be but they were quick. Has a drive thru so take your choice. Good selection and seated area clean and spacious. Nice bathrooms.

Drive thru sharp, abrupt when ordering. Did not repeat back the order to be sure it was correct. At window, back to window, laughing and joking. Had to wait for the joke to finish before getting two coffee. Handed over without a word. Just rude and inefficient.
