Drive thru sharp, abrupt when ordering. Did not repeat back the order to be sure it was correct. At window, back to window, laughing and joking. Had to wait for the joke to finish before getting two coffee. Handed over without a word. Just rude and inefficient.

A friend of mine is a trucker and he often wants a coffee along the way but for the reason they were closing they refused him. Is this common?? Poor service.

They stop selling coffees 10-15 minutes prior closing time. There was a truck driver who needed dark roast coffee but they said “ we don’t have any because they are closing soon”. It was still 15 minutes in their closing time. And it takes only 4 minutes to brew coffee. He was even explaining them that i have to drive 6 hour more. So please make me fresh coffee but they literally refused which was inappropriate.
Employees clearly need some training on how to communicate with customers.

Slow, one til never open even if the line is to the door. 7 people in line and the cash was so slow due to chit chatting three people and I left. Molasses goes uphill faster then they work.
