I got a farmers wrap WITH NO EGG and she even said it handing it to me. And of course there was egg. Plus it was half burnt and we had to wait 10 minutes for it. Like I don’t get how dumb they are

Very, very slim selection. Empty shelves from late afternoon/evening until closing. Hashbrowns that are rock hard after being over cooked and sitting too long are still sold to unsuspecting customers. They used to take a "tip" instead of giving you back your change if you paid in cash regardless of how much it was. It was too embarrassing to ask for it so you felt like you had no choice.99% of people pay with debit or C/C now so I don't know if they still take your change. The staff used to be the nicest, friendliest and welcoming people you could meet. However, the turn over rate of new employees recently has been high and the new revolving staff isn't of the same caliber as those before them a couple years ago.At the end of the day I don't think anyone really holds Timmies to that high of a standard and I've learned to lower my expectations to avoid disappointment ? ?Parking: Parking is at your own risk. My brand new car was 10 DAYS old when someone crashed into it and caused several thousand in damages but luckily it was witnessed on their cameras and even though the person fled the scene, she returned the following day and was charged and the damages were covered by her insurance.But the real "parking" issue is the entrance. Admittedly, Tim Hortons and their attached neighbour (Irving Gas Station) have made numerous attempts to remedy the issue but people have been injured and have died in MULTIPLE accidents caused by entering/exiting their parking lot due to limited visibility when trucks enter which blocks the view of oncoming traffic.They have spent an incredible amount of money to re-engineer the layout and implement a lower speed limit when approaching their location so they can't be blamed for not attempting to resolve the issue.

Love these coffee shops but at this one we had someone making the coffee who was clearly Very sick with a cold/flu/COVID??? We ended up throwing it away. Yuck!!

I placed an order and the guy barely was able to speak proper English. After 2 minutes of trying to explain what we wanted, we got our order and it was wrong and he didn't even apologize for getting it wrong. Seriously the worst Tim Hortons ever; bad service and all the staff were from India talking in their language (So disrespectful). If they are going to hire this type of cheap labor, there should at least be a Canadian supervisor making sure all personnel speaks English when there are customers around and teach them that before coming to work take a shower or at least put some deodorant (we could smell their B.O from 2 meters away) and not being polite is the worst and that's the main reason we are giving this review. These type of businesses are destroying our tourism in Canada specially in Nova Scotia giving a really bad image to the tourist and making people from India look really bad.
