Stopped here on a whim! BEST decision! It was a Sunday and they were open for lunch. A little concerned it wasnt packed a little before 1pm. No worries! Seated immediately, waited on quickly with a welcoming smile by a nice lady. Ordered pan fried haddock. HUGE, perfectly cooked! Super light and fresh. Hubby had fish cakes with lobster cream sauce. Both were outstanding. He even asked for a biscuit to soak up remaining lobster cream sauce :). The fries were perfectly crispy!...
Met the most wonderful hostess, and other clientele and offered directions and local advice. Just stopped in for a quick drink and break after spending 4 hours riding. Very and welcoming! Highly recommend stopping in here as the food from where we seen looked delicious!!
Saw this place on so many videos about where to eat in Nova Scotia. Happy we were able to pay a visit and try it out. Captain Kat's did not disappoint. We had delicious halibut burger with creamed lobster and a nice lobster alfredo. Service was friendly and personable. Would visit again next time I am in the area.
