My husband and I randomly found this café this past week on a trip through the valley. It was like we were at an Auntie/Grandma's house cause we felt so welcomed and spoiled by the amazing food we had! I had a crispy chicken club sandwich that was honestly the BEST sandwich I've ever had, and my husband had a chicken wrap that made him do a little "yummy food" dance. Thank you so much and best of luck in all your endeavors!

Took a long time to get seated. Server was very confused. Had no lettuce to serve salad dishes. Sandwich with the soup and sandwich special was child size. Screaming baby running around restaurant was annoying. But not many other choices to eat in the town.

The Pineapple Bacon Burger, and the Cowboy Burger were the best burgers on my own “Burger Wars” in the area. Delicious!

We stopped here for breakfast and made the right choice. Everything was delicious. 🥰 The portions were very large for us Europeans. The only thing I would like to add is a piece of tomato or cucumber on the edge of the plate. (I just love vegetables) We left full and happy. We also really liked the service and the atmosphere. We will definitely come back here if we are in these parts.👍

A wonderful cafe to stop at and grab a bite to eat. The atmosphere was very inviting and the server was fantastic. The food is out of this world in portion size and taste. This is a definite place to return back to again and again. When in Bear River this is a must, must, must place to refuel the body for your adventures or just a quick getaway from the daily grind.

I eat @Myrtle and Rosie’s at least once a month normally and in my opinion they have the best tasting burgers in Nova Scotia I fully recommend people to go. staff is always friendly and have great service
