“This is a hidden gem of a restaurant. We were in the area for a week and ate here 3 times. Every meal was delicious and the portions were substantial and filling. We especially liked the Steak and Eggs Benedict; spectacular! The burgers will spoil you for all other burgers! The Turtle Brownie and Carrot Cheesecake will make you consider moving to Bear River. Paula will be single-handedly juggling all 9 (or 10?) tables with a smile and her warm-hearted and genial disposition. If you wait a little longer for your meal, rest assured it’s worth it. Enjoy the ambiance and an excuse to stop and appreciate a wonderful dining experience.”

“Such a great and friendly microbrewery! I had been looking for them because of a very old growler that I purchased from the Annapolis Royal Market almost 10 years ago. The beer and cider I purchased was fantastic! I was sad it was raining because I really wanted to try their delicious pizza, but I can safely say I’ll be stopping in anytime I’m in the area!”

Evelyn is such an amazing person. she has been a huge comfort to the family when my mom passed away. the service overall is second to none and never had a bad meal there at all. living in Dartmouth makes me miss recardos pizza all the time”

“Love love love the chowder and the scallops are also outstanding! Drove 45 minutes to have a birthday lunch and realized I had forgotten my phone, so no vaccine certificate. No proof of vaccine- no inside dining. Period!! No problem. We totally support them in this appreciate their vigilance! We took our order to go and had our amazing chowder when we got home! They also have another restaurant in Parker's Cove that we love to go and the food is every bit as good there as well. Thanks Crow's Nest. You guys rock!!”

“Went with my Family for lunch today had the special fish and clams and fries which i poutined my own 2 complaints are kraft tarter sauce while its fine its not hard to make your own tarter sauce and the English battered fish well when theres over a inch of batter in your mouth and raw in places it could have used another minute in the fryer id had rather had a breadcrumb crust instead but also the batter could use some seasoning its needs that hint of seasoning other then that it was great”

I had the shrimp and scallops, and every single element of the dish was executed perfectly (buttery soft scallops, crisp tender green beans, charred but creamy zuchinni and parsnips). I would have licked the plate had we not been surrounded by polite company. Service was a bit slow, but they were busy and it didn't bother us really. The staff were all very courteous and professional, and our server was very sweet, though we did find all the staff to be so deferential and submissive it kind of freaked us out- but we imagine the majority of their client base likely prefers it that way and we didn't take offense. Genuinely the most well cooked meal I have ever eaten.”

“Hands down the worse Chinese food dining experience I have ever had.... never had food so bland in my entire life... was recommended A2 specialty dish and it was disappointing at best, the only thing in the dish that had any flavor was the vegetables themselves... no one came to ask how the food was until napkins were on top of the inedible pile of food that remained, even then they simply brought the bill over... no one came to ask if I wanted any refills... zero offers to comp any of the bland food that was recommended.... all around bad dinning experience 👎👎”

I fund DQ has less and less customers, parking lots empty, too many changes that don't matter to the customer. People want cherries 🍒”

“Because they are leaving the inside door openedT. I dot stung twice from the same wasp. I have to bring my flyswatar to kill them as I am allergic to the sting. I had to see my family doctor to get an antibiotic and it has been 3 weeks and I will have to se this doctor again. It is still bordering me as my arm is still hot. there a lot of waspsat this McDonald. The garbage is not picked up in time, that is y the wasps smell I. They do not have enough staff and that worries my wife and I. We might not be going to that place. I have kill over 25 waste in windows just this past week alone. My wife and I we are not interested in getting stunged again.”
