The gluten-free soft shelled tacos filled with black beans and guacamole were terrific; and the service was friendly and fast. But if you are hungry, don’t think the three-for-nine-dollars order of tacos will fill you up. They are surprisingly small — child-sized, really.

I'd heard lots of good things, and who doesn't like tacos? Wanted to check this place out so I headed down with my family for a Taco Tuesday. We got there just before 6pm, so it was fairly busy. We were seated and then proceeded to wait over 10 minutes before being offered drinks or having a food order taken. I expected that it wouldn't be fast, but I thought that someone could at least bring us drinks while we waited. Food and drink orders went in at the same time. Drinks came a few minutes later. Waited quite a while for our food. We all ordered tacos. I would assume that they'd be well equipped to turn out orders of tacos on taco Tuesday. Apparently I was wrong.
We finished our food and after a couple minutes someone came and cleared the food baskets, but no one asked if we wanted anything else - food, drinks, dessert. Nothing. We sat there for over 10 minutes before being acknowledged again. One of my kids wanted another taco. The rest of us decided we were done at this point and didn't order anything else. I expressed my displeasure at the timing of the service to the server who eventually returned to our table. It was about 7pm, so we'd been there for over an hour just to eat a few tacos.
The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't incredible either. The service was lackluster. I'm not sure I would return.

Very nice and cozy spot. Great service by Josie. We ordered the chili, burrito, quesadilla and the 3 tacos dish. Sorry I wasn't able to take any pics. Nice spot to meet with friends. Great view. The food was tasty but only the pork taco stood out for me.

This is a lovely spot in Smith's cove. Close to digby . We had a lovely sunset view. Lovely food. Great service. Would definetly recommend!!

HAPPY DOG GIVES HIS 4 PAWS UP!! BEST OF WHATS AROUND, even on a GREY STREET. A couple ANTS MARCHING in the parking lot didn't seem like a TYPICAL SITUATION!
We visited yesterday for the first time and were very impressed with the yummy food. Ordered the platter so we could try a little of everything. Absolutely loved it! We will definitely be back. Mexican food is so delicious! Thank you Tacocat! 🥰🌮

The food was off the charts, massive portions, friendly staff, and bright atmosphere, with beautiful veiw!

1st time visit for takeout as we had our dog with us. Amazing, we will be back. Food was prepared fast, nice and hot, fresh ingredients, wonderful flavors. We had the Buritos, 1 pork and 1 chicken. Delicious!!
