This A&W is consistently the worst fast food experience I’ve had — not once, not twice, but three times now. We keep ordering from here because it’s the only 24-hour location nearby, but every single time they mess up the order. We pay extra for cheese and toppings, and they either don’t add them or give us something entirely different.
The last time was beyond ridiculous — they handed us the wrong order and had the audacity to ask, “Will it work?” No, it absolutely will not work. That’s not how customer service works.
The staff clearly don’t care. The guy at the counter is always glued to his phone, laughing and chatting with coworkers instead of focusing on orders. It’s chaotic, unprofessional, and frustrating.
Management seriously needs to wake up and either retrain the staff or replace them. We’re paying for a service that they consistently fail to deliver — enough is enough.

What a lovely restaurant!! Simazio waited on us. Very kind sweet person!! The food was wonderful!! It was clean, very nice atmosphere!! We'll definitely be going back to that A&W location!! Those were the best onion rings I've ever had, probably the best experience I've had at A&W!!

As someone who works a late night job and does not have a lot of options for food after work, A&W at Hogan Court being open 24hrs is great. I usually interact with Himanshu or some of the other staff but they are all pleasant and are quick to provide great service. Would recommend!

Bad services and staff, drive thru too has a bad staff by night. Was waiting for more then 30 minutes, anyways the food was not ready, the cashier had his hand in his pocket, I told him there times in this week you made the same things .... Then Hi started insulting me I have a video too... Then Hi closed the window and didn't give me my food. Hi said we don't have a good for you...

Just wanted to shout out Himamshu at this A&W — he’s one of those rare people who really cares about giving good service.
Simple things like greeting you with a real smile, being kind, asking how your day is going, checking your order — they might seem small, but they make a huge difference. You can feel that he genuinely wants you to have a good experience.
It’s not about comparing him to others, but people like him are hard to find these days. His good energy is contagious and always makes my visit better.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but he definitely deserves the recognition. A&W is lucky to have him!
