“We decided to try the new location in Halifax to celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed the Red Pepper Puree served with fresh warm pita bread followed by a Turkish salad, then Seafood Kebab with rice. They accommodated no onions in the salad. The portions were generous and everything was delicious. We received a complimentary dessert to share with Turkish tea, a light airy Strawberry & White Chocolate Cake. A totally unexpected end to a perfect meal. The owner gave us excellent friendly service throughout. We’ll be back.”

A lot of places forget that sushi is also about the seafood/fish and not so much on the rice. Sushi Moto sushi rice is very well made and proportionally balanced with fish/seafood for a perfectly balanced bite packed with umami flavors.”

The Chhole Bhatoore was flavorful and had just the right amount of spice. The Aaloo Partha was crispy and flavorful. The homemade Gulabjamoon was the perfect finishing touch. It was sweet and light. I highly recommend this delightful Indian dish from Indian Foods Tiffin Service dilli chaat in halifax. The service was excellent and the food was amazing”

“Went here Friday evening with a couple friends and the omakase board was honestly some of the best sushi I've had outside of a big city. The uni was silky and clearly fresh, not a hint of that ammonia taste you sometimes get elsewhere. Our server was super knowledgeable about the sake list and walked us through pairings without being pushy about it. The place has a nice low key vibe with dim lighting that made it perfect for catching up over a long dinner.”

I would really want to stay your client as long as uour business lives. The concern that I wanted to share - is to ask the managers to check frequently if the chefs are using protective plastic hats when preparing food. It's really disgusting to find parts of the other human in the dish.”

Didn’t hesitate to bring our food over, play for a few seconds with my baby, and was just in general very kind and pleasant. I forgot to ask what his name was, but he was fantastic! “On October 12, 2026, at approximately 7-8 pm went into MB Bedford Commons NS. We were greeted by a young employee ( can’t remember his name) he was courteous, professional, polite and knew the menu. We decided to stay in the restaurant to eat only to hear his shift supervisor demean him in front of other customers including us. She was rude, impatient and a little condescending. She asked him in front of everybody asking why a customer waited, he had 6-7 orders up making sure they were correct. He was attempting to explain to shift supervisor. Totally impatient. Then he was going on break, he ordered food and she rolled her eyes and said “ no, I don’t think so, rolled her eyes at him and through the receipt at him. He was also cleaning up while waiting for his meal. When we left he was sitting down appearing dejected. We left and thanked him. So here is some advice, train your shift supervisor to be helpful, supportive and guide employees. If she can’t do that, she’s the wrong person to be the shift supervisor. He deserved better!! It appears you have potentially a good employee who wants to work. Thanks ! Tim and Kelly.”
