If you know you know. Pictou County pizza isn’t for everyone. The pizza isn’t comparable to local pizza. Spicy brown sauce, real Brothers pepperoni, a mix of mozzarella and a non-sweet dough crust.I grew up eating this and enjoy as much from the Bedford location as I do from Foord Street in Stellarton.
The pizza is delicious , maybe a tad overpriced however. The atmosphere is clean and spacious, not really cozy though but you don't go there for the ambiance you go there for the great tasting

Actually (I think) better than the Stellarton Sams. It's less greasy (although the cheese fat is essential for flavour), and maybe the the sauce is toned down a little? But the base is superb, nice and thin in comparison to other "pictou style" pizzas.
