Blue Elephant was fantastic. The atmosphere was great. The Massaman curry was lovely. But the server named Stella was outstanding. Absolutely sweet young lady and made the experience tremendous. Give that girl a raise! ?
we ordered hot and sour suop and chicken skewers for appetizer，the Tom yum flavour is strong，which we enjoy very much and also there are five skewers in total and pretty enough！the peanut satay sauce is also tasty！ for lunch，the pai sew is the normal one but with the thin rice noodle. Overall，the environment and service is great！recommend for dine in！

Blue Elephant is close to my office and yesterday was the first time I tried it.They had a great list of lunch specials out together. Most were $14-15 included a spring roll. I had the Cashew Chicken and it was fresh and flavourful. The vegetables were cooked perfectly. The Spring Roll had a great tangy dipping sauce.I will return to this local hidden gem.
