“Honestly, this is easily one of the best spots in Halifax to get a solid shawarma. Every single time I swing by, the food is top-tier.
The food is consistently amazing, I highly recommend trying both the chicken and beef shawarma and the platters are also good. Absolutely worth a visit!“

“Six of us went to 902 for supper last night before the comedy show and we all loved our food! The Syrian Shawarma sandwich with garlic sauce was fantastic! Two types of delicious rice. The fries have a bit of spice on them. The lamb chops were also wonderful. We will definitely go back!“

“I've eaten here many times and I'm never disappointed. The staff are always warm and friendly and the food is exactly what I expect - good! Their spanikopita topped with the feta sauce is the best I've had anywhere. All this for a very reasonable price. Opa!!“

“Thank you Colleen for making our evening extra special. We have eaten in many restaurants around the world including Greece but you took our experience to a whole no level. The meal was exceptional but the customer service was out of this world.The way you handled our wine choice and meals were exceptional 😉 . Oh did I say the meals and Greek Cheese cake were delicious too. It was an evening we will never forget. We will be back!“

“My first time at Mezza . First impression was amazing. Placed my order. And stepped back to wait for it. I started to question what was happening as I watched several guest come and go before me. I remained patient. But eventually started to get concerned. Finally a young lady from behind the counter asked what my order was. I told her. Then she kept looking around to see if she could find the order slip . She didnt . Then she asked who took my order. I told her who. Then she still looked baffled. Finally got my order thanked them left. When I got home I was so disappointed. I literally had to search for the chicken in my order. 23 dollars later . I ended up making a peanut butter and jam sandwich for my supper. Im still surprised at this outcome. I expected better. Im willing to give them another chance . Just not at that location“

“We went to Darya’s for a wedding reception and all of the food was amazing.
We were visiting from Brooklyn NYC.
The Hummus dish was my favorite and the Pita bread was soft, fresh and delicious.
Other food dishes were great as they had a good choice of dishes brought to each table.
Topping off, the Pino Grigio wine was pretty good.
Staff were very attentive, and the atmosphere is great.
Of course, being on the water front is a nice perk also.
Definitely a favorite while visiting Halifax.“

“Stopped by for dinner on a Wednesday around 7pm after wandering the waterfront all day, and the seafood chowder was easily one of the best I've had in Halifax. Our server was genuinely great, patient with all my questions about the boat and happy to point out which table had the best harbor view. The dining room has this cozy nautical feel without being too touristy, which was a nice surprise for a spot right on the boardwalk. Already planning to bring my visiting friends back here next weekend, it's just a solid, no fuss dinner with a great story behind it.“

“10/10 every time I go. Service and food is wonderful and bailie is the best waitress, she is so funny and always has the best recommendations. Sheri is an awesome bartender and makes the best Caesar’s. The inside is decorated unlike anything I’ve ever seen and I would say this is easily my favourite place to go in the city.“

“Hands down some of the best pizza we’ve had! The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside, the sauce had amazing flavor, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. Everything tasted homemade and carefully prepared. We’ll definitely be back — highly recommend trying it!“
