“I eat a lot of shawarma all over the city. I’m no expert but I know what I like and city shawarma is the best in Halifax and area. I always have the Syrian chicken so that’s all I can speak to but it is 10/10 every time. Never dry. Great flavour. Wrap thin and crispy. Good garlic sauce. Love these guys and love having them in my neighbourhood. Hope they’re here for a very very long time.“

“Six of us went to 902 for supper last night before the comedy show and we all loved our food! The Syrian Shawarma sandwich with garlic sauce was fantastic! Two types of delicious rice. The fries have a bit of spice on them. The lamb chops were also wonderful. We will definitely go back!“

“We went for Dine Around 2026, but not our first visit to Darya. The menu is consistently excellent, with surprising and always delicious combinations of flavors. We went for the mantı which delicious. The star of this year's Dine Around menu though is the lamb adana, an incredible mix of textures and flavors. As always service was excellent, personable but not intrusive. Our group of 6 was very well taken care of throughout. Thanks to the staff for an excellent evening.“

“10/10 every time I go. Service and food is wonderful and bailie is the best waitress, she is so funny and always has the best recommendations. Sheri is an awesome bartender and makes the best Caesar’s. The inside is decorated unlike anything I’ve ever seen and I would say this is easily my favourite place to go in the city.“
