“Sushi Moto is a hidden gem. We've tried sushi from all over Halifax to Truro and Sushi Moto takes the cake. A lot of places forget that sushi is also about the seafood/fish and not so much on the rice. Sushi Moto sushi rice is very well made and proportionally balanced with fish/seafood for a perfectly balanced bite packed with umami flavors.“

“Generally I love this spot. Normally the sushi is first rate and a good price for what you get. I pretty much always get the same. The signature sushi this last time was poorly put together and fell apart each time I picked it up. Overall generally recommended but the last time was a bit of a disappointment“

“This is one of the best experiences I've had on my 5 day trip out in the greater Halifax area. The food was refreshing and tasty, and the atmosphere was absolutely lovely. Best of all, the service was fabulous and the staff were super kind and attentive. Find the time to fit this in your schedule because it was an absolute gem of a spot. Best of luck to you folks!“
