“Sushi Moto is a hidden gem. We've tried sushi from all over Halifax to Truro and Sushi Moto takes the cake. A lot of places forget that sushi is also about the seafood/fish and not so much on the rice. Sushi Moto sushi rice is very well made and proportionally balanced with fish/seafood for a perfectly balanced bite packed with umami flavors.“

“Great food and even better service! The staff was professional and very quick to help with recommendations. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for a nice dinner out. Everything we ordered came out fresh and delicious. Highly recommend Mini Kamekaze and Spicy Shrimp roll. Definitely coming back soon!“

“It is a consistent and genuine surprise that this place isn't PACKED 24/7. Consistently been my favorite restaurant in NS. Service is amazing, food is always served quickly and the quality is so incredibly consistent it makes me wonder how other restaurants manage to mess up so often. Even when the power was out in the bedford area, they still offered to cook and the quality was amazing. This is one of them ones. (Only downside is the Ramen, I'd go to Buta Ramen instead that's a few minutes away)“
