“I don’t do reviews much but Sushi101 was incredibly delicious with an artistic flair that just added to the experience! We actually had to admire the artistry before diving into the various sushi roll plates. I am not one to take pictures of my food but the presentation of the various plates made me give-in and I did take my phone out for a few candid shots. I know it’s rude on date night to have a phone out but it really was that incredible!! Service was wonderful and a little wait is necessary when the food is coming out that fresh and beautiful. They were busy with eat in and take out; word must be getting out!! Well done chef and team at Sushi101!!“

“We had a good lunch today at Sushi Nami In Dartmouth. Our server was very sweet, service was prompt and my sashimi, nigiri, maki platter was very good! My man’s beef udon noodle soup was also good!
My problem, and I know it sounds trivial, is with the washroom. It’s just not befitting a Japanese restaurant. I’ve been in much better gas station bathrooms…this one had a cracked sink with rust stains, the metal wall-unit for garbage looked filthy, chipped paint all over. Normally, Japanese restaurant bathrooms are elegant and clean. It’s jarring to walk from a nicely decorated restaurant into such a crappy bathroom.
This is why you’ve lost one star.“

“Sushi is cheaper here. My favourite is dynamite rolls. Sobeys sushi is literally the only place to get sushi within 10 min of my house. Don’t expect lots of options. They have California rolls and if that’s the only thing you like this place is perfect for you.“
