Let's Ko offers excellent food with generous portions at good prices. Everything ordered is excellent, including the Golden California Roll, which is fresh, soft AND crispy, and absolutely delicious. The Jeyuk Bokkeum (spicy stir-fried pork) is packed with flavor with the perfect amount of spice. The Cheese Wontons are a standout—crispy, creamy, and amazing smothered in the sweet and spicy sauce. The bulgogi BBQ is highly recommended for slightly sweet flavors, and the beef bibimbap has a nice sesame oil flavor. The spicy pork ramen is hot, fresh, and flavourful, while the atlantic roll has very generous portions of fish and veggies. The restaurant has an inviting, intimate vibe, though the early 2000s alt rock music can be distracting. All staff are incredibly friendly, sweet, and attentive, even on a busy Mother’s Day. One disappointment is the “tangsuyuk,” which tastes like standard fried boneless chicken with a sauce lacking flavor.
