The staff are always so gracious, friendly and accommodating, going so far as to apologize that they have to make a new pot. Like OH NO fresh tea?? “Today i was unable to use my points to redeem for a bagel. Even after redownloading the app the issue was not resolved. Then the store manager took the responsibility and offered me her points to use.

“Nice staff, atmosphere is cheery and laid back. Wondering if all of the people on their laptops have been encouraged to move along after a reasonable time? Seems like they use it as a workspace/library, which leaves very little seating for regular customers. If I could suggest anything, it would be to use that clean linen company that picks up, cleans, and returns your floor mats, fresh and clean. The floor mats are very dirty and is a turn off.“

“Today I visited this location in the morning 4.52a.m and order some drink ,the tea was cold , I told a girl who was there , she was very rude.when I told her I was going to work and I am late , she shouts on me. She told me , it’s her choice , if you don’t like Tim , don’t come here , go to Starbucks, she was very aggressive. Really very disappointed“
