The customer service at this location is always top notch.. they're a high volume of people ( especially in the morning) and they've never mixed up my order.

I frequent this location as its close to where I work. Unfortunately lately they seem to have some trouble with order accuracy.

Placed a mobile order today around 10:30 and had one of our drinks made wrong. Went back to get it replaced and it was made wrong a second time. Didn't have time to come back a third time for a tea.

Also drinks were so full. At the very rim of the cup. Made a huge mess, why serve it so full and leaking rather than pouring a bit out to make...read full review
