Cashier was friendly but very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I went to this McDonald’s at 10:57 PM through the drive-thru and ordered three ice creams. After getting home, I found a hair inside one of the ice creams.

Ordered drinks ahead on the app.
Took 12 minutes to get them from the time I stepped inside the door.
Seemed they only cared about the drive thru and not about the inside counter.
Absolutely terrible as they were ready but sitting behind in the area but not on the to go counter itself.
