They have the slowest cashiers in the HRM. 12 minutes to enter a 2 person meal order. Had to redo it. Supervisor was no help let the line get 10 people long. Left and went across the street to BK. Fast service and attentive staff and amazing nuggets.

We went to the Main Street location today and wow not good. We order the double cheese buger done like a Mac what a mess. First it wasn't like a Mac it was a dbl cheese buger so I took it back, when we got it and opened it it was a mess. I don't know if the were pissed because we brought it back or the grill person just didn't care. We have had problems before at this location but it was on the way home. I work for a drive thru food establishment and would never let my company have to be embarrassed with the poor quality and service of a product.

Service in that last couple of months is the worst I've ever seen at McDonald's main. I don't know if there's just too much new staff at once or new management but when you stand at pick up for over 30 minutes whist 12 people pay and get served and not one employee so much as asks what your waiting for , you get a little irritated. Not to mention the multiple times I've had to pass my order back through the pick up window because they've either forgotten part of my order or it's the complete wrong thing to begin with.

This store never give me ice cream at mid night, I always place order through app and when I go to drive thru the staff says that we cannot make ice cream after 12:30 am, that’s so annoying when apps says you can place order and then end up not getting it. it’s always same, horrible

Least hygienic meal prep I've ever seen even considering the fact they're usually not too good anyways, not including other orders & just mine alone one rep went from drive thru (incl cash), fries & packing, her tablet, pockets, and then some without gloves, none wearing gloves period, they changed when I complained and remade the order which was still mediocre at best, this place needs a review & I will never eat here again, far from recommended.Dietary restrictions: Garbage, and horrible prep, not worth the risk especially with so many better priced/reasonable options nearby.

Completely missed my order, one whole meal missing. After returning to the store, I stood there for nearly 10 minutes before it was eventually made. This had happened a time before.Last time this happened to me I called the restaurant. They had said to just come on back and get what was missed. This was 20 minutes one way so I had asked for a credit instead. This required that I speak to the manager of the location. That message was never returned and it was never acknowledged that I didn't receive what I had purchased.Knowing that a phone call would be ignored, my only option was to return to this location, I drove back and eventually received the missing order.I don't expect much of this McDonalds, but it truly is the worst in Dartmouth. If you're after this food, find a different location. The main street McDonald's should be skipped. Dairy Queen is across the street...
