the reason I continue to go here is because of the FANTASTIC STAFF. best Tim Hortons ever!!!!!!
They are efficient and listen to your needs. 2 days ago I had to let go of a beloved pet in an hour and wanted to give her a Timbit. They heard me and when I got to the window she got a donut on the house. It helped to make good tears of joy instead of sadness. Keep your staff human. They work hard and it would be unusual to do so. They used their own judgment and I think they were prepared to pay for it because she said all of us got the donut.That was 2 days ago and our doggie...read full review
