“It takes a great deal for me to write a long post, I had even sent an email and message on their Instagram. It's clear that they do not care about their customers, so here Iam writing my experience. Maybe this will get their attention. I discovered this cozy café this past weekend. I live in Bedford and have been searching for a great place to study. I really enjoy the atmosphere in this café, However I've had two incidents that have happened now with my order. Saturday I came in and had asked about the breakfast sandwich, I have a nightshade intolerance which I explained to the cashier. (no tomatoes, peppers, paprika, no spices. potatoes and eggplant are also in this category). She went back and checked the ingredients and made a sandwich that was suppose to be free of these things. I get the sandwich and have a couple bites and realize that the black bean paste that was on it did indeed have chili-spice. She was going to remake my order and give me a refund but the manager said one or the other. Which I feel unfair where the damage has already been done to my stomach. However, someone who has made mistakes myself in the past in the industry, I let it go. It's only an intolerance not life threatening, however it does cause me discomfort for a few days when I eat these things. A refund should have been made. I return Monday and ordered a defcafe almond milk latte, which within an hour later I realize that it was 100% NOT decafe. Caffeine does not sit well with me, it causes a great deal on my health. For some people this can literally have them go to the hospital. Some people have certain medications, and caffeine can literally cause major complications. Luckily for me this was not the case, however it ruined my night, I was unable to finish my evening activities, or continue to study for the quiz I had the next day. I also had to cut my grocery shopping short because I became faint and unwell. It's clear to me that the manager and staff do not take dietary restrictions seriously, this is unfortunate, as I have spent $50 on this establishment already and I will not be back. Dietary restrictions are something to be taken seriously and this place does not! So if you are someone with allergies, do not go here.“

“I can honestly say Harvest Clean Eats in Moncton is one of my fave spots to eat now. I went there for the very first time today. The food was delicious and the service was 10/10. Also, this little cute place has such a positive vibe and the staff are super friendly. Definitely recommend if you haven’t try it yet.“

Liam was super friendly and kind—we are visiting from out of town and he took the time to give his recommendations around town in addition to helping us with the games and great food/ drink service. The games themselves were fun, and there were plenty of options for just two people as well. The other staff members were just as helpful, patiently explaining the games and checking in on us. “We had the pleasure of eating at Bird’s Nest today, Chicken Club Sandwiches (and we have our usual cup of coffee everyday there too) The food is outstanding, based on fresh seasonal ingredients clearly put together by a chef that has a true passion for food! The service was fantastic as always, and their staff is so friendly, and they know our usual orders by now. “We walked over to this place as a soccer team while in town for university games and I was thrilled to see such a beautiful spot close by. From the moment we entered, the staff were incredibly friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable. They took time explaining about some of their drinks, and the drinks we all ordered were absolutely delicious. Not to mention the desserts - WOW! I purchased a bag of their beans and it is seriously one of the best bags of beans I've ever had to brew from home (and I buy a lot of beans from various roasters across the Maritimes). Can't wait to get back down to Halifax to visit here again!“

“I have been here twice once in bedford which was the best experience. lovely service. went to sackville location and it was aweful. we ate in and it was given to us in a box with two plastic forks. the lady also said we close in 20min. she then walked away. we ate our cheesecake the lady was out back the whole time. we got up and she still did not come out. the cheesecake also still had the pieces of paper on either side of it. she just flopped into a box. I can't imagine the owner would be impressed as she served myself and my friend in bedford with class and professionalism. hopefully she sees how her staff are here in sackville.“

“Jane's soba noodle bowls are the highlight of my weekly lunches. One of the best healthy yummy and filling dishes. Plus all their sweets cater to all dietary needs without compromising taste or texture. Definitely recommend stopping by Jane's when you need a quick treat or great lunch.“

“A lovely place!! Very cozy— like having a coffee in someone’s beloved living room. I am a cane user, and the owner made a little two-cup carrier out of an empty milk container. It was actually easier to carry than most to-go containers!! The extra effort and care is so appreciated. Would highly recommend for a coffee and snack.“

“Nour's Cafe and grill was recommended to me as i was in the area. And i was not disappointed. Friendly service. They have a speaker set up to hear each other properly. I got Nour's bagel (jalapeño and cheese) with egg, lettuce tomato. It was cut in half (didn't even ask for it ) tasty, grilled, and still warm. And bc i was still hungry, i got a small portion of their fries. MIAM! The spice they put on the fries are amazing. It adds more flavor. I would just decrease the amount of salt. The spices are enough, in my opinion. The portion was quite generous for small size.The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is the salt, and limited payment options: debit or cash.It was a positive experience overall. Thank you!“

A great selection of in-house baked good (the carrot cake is my favourite); lot's of sandwiches (Montreal smoked meat hits the spot every time); breakfast fare (their in-house breakfast sandwich is yummy!); and friendly, attentive staff. They feature an espresso roast that is one of my favourites on either side of the harbour. The space is great to hang out in—at times bustling, at others, peacefully quiet.“

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the creamy oat milk lattes and colourful lemonades and we found ourselves retuning to the Cafe every day of our vacation. We had the opportunity to meet Lara, the owner, and it was immediately clear why this Cafe is so tastefully decorated, why the atmosphere is so enjoyable and the menu so very delectable. Parking: It's a hidden gem, enter via the exterior stairs, take a right up the interior staircase and through the door on your left.

“I recently moved back into the area and was hoping to have brunch here every weekend. I had the Madurito breakfast which was a wonderful treat. The flavours were exotic and well balanced and I left quite satisfied. The breakfast came to $30.00 including tip. After searching online, I found this was almost double the price of any breakfast in Halifax. Wonderful food, but keep in mind you are paying for inflated food costs and for specialty ingredients. Not affordable on my budget, unfortunately.“
