Stumbled upon Cempoal de la Calavera Negra last Saturday morning and honestly it's become my new favourite weekend spot in Halifax. The cortado I ordered was perfectly balanced, not too bitter, and came in this really nice ceramic cup that made the whole thing feel a bit special. The vibe inside is cozy without being cramped, great for sitting with your laptop or just watching the neighbourhood wake up through the front windows.
