I went to this A&W late at night for my pick up order, and the staff were energetic and happily serving customers amidst their closing duties. I requested freshly fried fries and chicken and they committed to the request. One of the staff also offered me a hot beverage while waiting owing to heavy rain.
One of the best customer service at a fast food restaurant. Hats off to the employees, they deserve a raise. Will definitely be back.
The food is not the best when it comes to the fast food industry, but it's not bad...
Being that said, I would go to A&W without complaining, but I would only go if it's only option available.
