We came here to have brunch before we went to a friend's house. When we first walked in it was packed and there was a long queue. We had to wait for 15 minutes to get seated and then to order maybe 5? Then to get our food or took 50 - 60 minutes to get it. Our food had looked like it sat under a heat lamp for a while. The food was mediocre at best and it was room temperature. The service was terrible, while waiting for the food no servers had come to offer to refill our water or coffee, and we had seen our server talking to other tables for minutes. It was almost like they forgot about our table because they were serving other tables before us who had entered after us. Don't recommend coming here unless you have nothing to do for the day.

Took my mom here today and waited over 20 minutes and didn't even get a drink , I asked 3 waitresses for a drink , and was told I'll be right with you twice !!!! By the time she came over me and my mom were getting up and leaving ,so.you lost good customers today !!! We got sat down at a table after standing at the door for 5 mins and there were tables right in front of us empty , than when we sat down the girl walked away and didn't even offer drinks of water , she gave us the menus and left !!! After 10 mins I asked a girl if she could get us drinks she said she would get someone to come over and get ya drinks she said I'll be right back and after another 10 I told my mom let's go cause I wasn't about to wait another 10 or more for the drinks or wait longer to order food . First thing when u sit a customer down u should get them drinks . I called the manager and she didn't even care she just stuck up for the employees and how they had new staff and staff that left early , and didn't even offer us a complimentary drink or discount to come back . All she did was.stick up for her employees she didn't care that we were upset and didn't get served . So we won't back .

it was our first time dining in at this restaurant and the service was okay and food was okay, bacon was stale , cold, and tea wasn’t good. After we ate, our stomach suddenly began hurting and feeling nauseous after. I don’t know why but yeah overall our visit was okay.

“Terrible experience! We waited for over an hour for our food, and not once did the server bother to tell us there’d be such a long delay. It would have been one thing if we’d been informed, but being left clueless was really disrespectful. The manager also had no idea where the food was either and everyone was hesitant to even give us an estimate time after waiting for 40 minutes. If this is the kind of service they think is acceptable, I won’t be coming back. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent experience.”

My husband Ordered breakfast take out for my birthday. When he got home the order was wrong and the toast was black burnt. He had to go back to get his order which was very inconvenient and frustrating.

Short staffed bacon tasted realy cheap,ham was very low quality, eggs were over cooked,the rest of my table had no complaints and left a 24$ tip
