On the weekend I was picking up my preorder to which I was assured there was discount for Vets. Just out the door I realized the discount had not been asked about or applied so I returned to the cash where I was asked nicely what else I needed. When I explained and showed my card the tone changed immediately and I was told no no we don’t / can’t do that. I was very disappointed in the tone and attitude…. Not impressed at all!
A honest and reliable business, highly recommended! I travelled to Halifax from Toronto and wanted to purchase a product from their retail store at Halifax Stanfield International Airport on my way flying back home. Unfortunately something went wrong and I can’t get what I wanted (NOT Clearwater fault). I contacted their customer service and shared my experience, and they provided a perfect solution (much better than I expected) to fix my problem! I really appreciate their effort...
