Not sure if she was the manager? - but she was rude and was more interested in going home than taking care of customers.No surprise the bar next door had no seats available and dooleys was dead empty.Also- anyone in the service industry knows to ask if a someone would “ like” something as opposed to “do you need something” - just poor service and atmosphere overall.

Had an amazing experience at Bedford Doolys this weekend! The service was top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. A true local gem that I wholeheartedly recommend – 100% worth a visit.
The waitress there was least interested in serving us and I’m pretty sure she had had a few drinks and was behind the bar serving drinks. Was tripping over everything and we ordered mozzarella sticks and chicken popcorn, which she forgot to put in the order and when reminded she said she forgot the food in the fryer for 40 mins. Then when the food did come out after an hour, the chicken popcorn was so undercooked and just cooked from the outside and the mozzarella sticks were cold from inside. When I asked her to remake it, I went back to her after 20 mins to ask where the food was and she said “oh you wanted me to remake it for you”? Like what the actual hell. I have never received such bad service and that too with such a bad attitude. Never ever coming back here and the waitress needs to stop drinking on the job( highly illegal). Her eyes were bloodshot red and she was super woobly. I have attached a picture of the waitress just in case.

Had a great time here.The bartender got us a table as soon as we arrived.It’s nice and spacious.We didn’t have any food while there, so I can’t speak on that.Overall we had a great experience and my girlfriend kicked our butts in pool!Will definitely go back to this location.
