Party platter never disappoints!!! Enough to feed a big family. Also ordered a few vegetarian sushi options which were delicious… I had some hungry folks, I didn’t get a chance to take a picture. Jukai has never disappointed us!

Come on guys, you can do better. I’ve been ordering from you for two years now and never had a complaint about the food — it’s always perfect. But your takeout service is becoming really frustrating.

This is probably the tenth time you’ve messed up my order. Every time I order maki sushi, I end up getting a different vegetable roll instead. Then when I get home, I have to drive back to get it fixed, which is just annoying.

And last time, you didn’t even include soy sauce or wasabi with the order.

The food itself is great, but your takeout accuracy and attention to detail really need improvement.

The price is quite fair. And the amount of each dish is massive. Impressive experience of dining here.

I absolutely loved dining at Jukai! The sushi here is incredibly fresh and delicious. Every piece was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s definitely one of the best sushi spots I’ve tried, and I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

I was really disappointed with my recent takeout order. The sushi was poorly rolled and fell apart easily, and it lacked the dressing sauces that were clearly mentioned on the restaurant's website. The udon portion was quite small, and chicken pieces were flavorless and too big to eat comfortably — not the bite-sized pieces you'd expect.

The delivery took over two hours, which I understand may partly be an issue with Uber Eats. However, even setting that aside, the food quality itself was underwhelming and didn’t meet expectations.

A little disappointing on first visit. Primarily geared to the takeout and delivery trade, eating in is counter service, with about 20 covers at tables and by the windows. The Tayo Yaki starter was fine. Good size and tasty, but the yaki udon with beef was rather bland and some of the meat quite chewy. A very extensive menu, so I wouldn't expect freshly rolled sushi, but I'll give it another go and see how we do.
