If you’re craving comfort food done right, La Rozzi Bistro delivers. The fried chicken is big, crunchy, and beautifully golden, with a coating that stays crisp and a juicy bite underneath. The roasted-style pieces also come out rich, savory, and well-seasoned, with that satisfying “home-cooked but better” taste. Portions are generous, and everything looks and tastes like it was made with care—not rushed. Definitely the kind of spot you’ll want to come back to when you want a solid, satisfying meal.

Terrible, i love supporting filipino businesses, but they overcharged me, and even then i still tipped 20%. I ordered all u can eat fried chicken and chicken inasal, the first plate was fresh the fried chicken was bland but crispy and i noticed they gave a lot of rice which is understandable, but after my second plate i noticed they gave me even more rice, a serving for 3 people which was insane, and the fried chicken was hard rock not fresh at all. Like they were giving me fried chicken from yesterday. The chicken inasal was crispy like fried chicken. Terrible service. Had high expectations especially after coming with my family before. Disappointing.

One of the worst meals I had in Halifax. We asked for an all-you-can-eat seafood platter. It was not on the display. We saw it somewhere on Facebook. The total platter was cold and was not fresh. They may have had those prepared for a while and just warmed them before delivering them to us. Both of us vomited after coming home and were sick for a couple of days. We also complained to the provincial food quality control.

This place has sadly gone downhill. It used to be good in 2023. Their chicken is tasteless, very oily. Very expensive for what they are offering you. Their pork is very hard, I am not sure what they are doing to it. We had to throw all our food away and wasted our money. I do not recommend this place to anyone until they improve their food and service. People work hard for their money and deserve to have a good experience. Sadly La Rozzi Bistro is not currently offering a good experience or good food to their customers. Personally I will never waste my money at this place again.

These owners also own McJollys- I ordered through uber eats. Ordered fish- they called us to say they didn’t have any. Ok, we’ll switch order, all good I guess. We asked for a SPECIFIC omission (verbally over the phone, due to needing to change the order) in the meal due to dietary restrictions. “Marie” the “owner” agreed. Got the order and 2/4 included the requested omission. We called back and were told to call uber eats (it’s after hours) to resolve issue and was HUNG UP ON 🤯🤯. Called back from a different number to ask for managers name, Marie claimed she was the owner and that they were closing down anyway due the “owner”, not “making any money” and “poor service”. We had a previous negative experience here and wanted to give it another try and feel seriously burned. 0/10 recommend.

I try to order from different local spots once or twice a week. I tried the chicken sandwich at La Rozzi after reading good reviews. My experience was not the same. The piece of chicken was very thin and was mostly batter. The chicken itself was very fatty and chewy. The only good part about it were the pickles and the bun. The fries it came with were covered in a strange batter and rock hard. Everything tasted like bitter fry oil. I ended up throwing most of my meal away. I tried it once but won't order from here again. Very disappointing.

Slow, and if I wanna share the food I pay for, then that's my right, you gonna tell me how to eat it next?
Parking: Looks like your going to the apartments it's just a pop up joint in the front.
Kid-friendliness: Minimal effort

After I had the fried chicken, there’s really really bad vomiting and diarrhea from midnight to the next afternoon, the hygiene of the restaurant is worrying. Fries have been fried repeatedly, the inside is hollow and the shell is very hard. The corn is directly poured from the canned corn sold in the superstore, without any additional processing and flavor. I tried it for the first time in December, when their fried chicken buffet price was 18.99 before tax. Their price became 21.99 in just two months. Crazy price increases and the decline in food quality.

Expensive for the quality of food served. Spaghetti is too sweet and sugar is stronger than the tomato sauce taste. Maybe my expectations were too high as I heard they serve good food but did not meet my expectations.
Ordered rice/veggies/chicken, it was a black burned horrible meal full of salt, veggies very soggy. Also I made a mistake with another order, usually takeout places will fix these but they refused to fix it. This place is not good and I feel like I wasted my money, will never be back
