The staff here are always so good to my family. If you go during busy times it's best to order using the ap. You can eat in or take out. For something unique, try the Popeyes poutine. It's my favorite treat.

I messed up my online order and the staff were very accommodating. They were super nice about, so shout out to them! Had the chicken sandwich and it was great. Probably my fav of the fast food chains.

Fried chicken was tender and moist, have enjoyed their chicken sandwiches as well, but the mac and cheese was the most disgusting mess of whatever I've ever tasted in my life. It was like watery cheese whiz with a plastic undertone to it. I've seen reviews and pictures online of mac and cheese from other Popeyes and it gets rave reviews and is made from real cheddar cheese and is a cheesy stringy dream. This got spat out. Super Store mac and cheese is fine dining compared to that trash

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at your restaurant today. The food served was noticeably stale and lacked any real taste, which was a stark contrast to the fresh and flavorful meals I used to enjoy here in the past. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff — they were cold, unwelcoming, and seemed completely indifferent to customer satisfaction. This is especially disheartening because, until about a year ago, this restaurant was known for its excellent quality and warm service. Unfortunately, over the past year, I have noticed a steady decline in both the food and the service, and today’s experience has left me questioning whether I should return at all.
Can only review the service because I was never able to get my food. Slowest service I've ever seen. After 10 minutes of waiting for food I could see was all ready, I had to leave. What's the point on fast food if it takes over 10 minutes to be able to get food.

Avoid the drive thru at all costs.
Doesn’t seem to matter the time or day but it typically takes a minimum of a half hour to get through their drive thru.
I’m not sure why they work quicker for the in store customers than drive thru, but I expected the drive thru to be the quicker option. It’s far slower.

Edit: months later and I forgot my own warning. It took almost 45 minutes for them to serve a lineup of 4 cars in the drive through
