Thank you for a wonderful Good Friday feast. Fish was fresh and enjoyed by all!

My husband and I had takeout today. I ordered the gluten free fish. It was the best gluten free fish batter I've ever had. Well done!!

Today was the first time my fiancé and I had lunch there. The fish was amazing and so fresh. It’s not every day you get home made fries. Most places give you bagged frozen fries. It’s like a home style fish and chip restaurant but placed in Bedford. Honestly the best I have had since I left Newfoundland 20 years ago. The hours are perfect. Open before lunch and dinner. I work in the area and the hours open are perfect.

First time I ever had a bad experience. The food was soooo greasy that it was sopping threw the bag. But the staff are super friendly.

We ordered for pick up through UberEats. We had to wait an extra 15 minutes despite the pick up timenprovided through the app. When we got home we realized both meals were incorrect. Neither came with newfie fries as ordered. The fries that did come with the meals were bland and a little undercooked. Quite a disappointing meal.

Food is delicious, service is wonderful, but was super duper dissapointed they changed my favorite thing there.... The puppy paws .. devestated...... Not nearly as good as they used to be. I used to at times literally go there because of my love for the puppy paws but now that won't be the case.

Was a regular customer.
Ordered a 3-piece fish & chips.
I asked if instead of tartar sauce and cole slaw if I could get a small gravy instead.
No way - you have to pay extra for gravy.
Was told that tartar sauce contains mustard and mayo.
I asked what gravy was made of - she said she did not now.
I informed her that it was basically was flour and water.

No chance of replacing cole slaw and tartar sauce with a small gravy.
I thought that would be good for the business - apparently not !

She seemed to have no problem losing a local, regular customer over this small thing that would cost them nothing.
If I owned the business, i would say, ' no problem sir, we will gladly do that for you.
I guess the owner does not care about losing regular customers over such a small thing.

Doesn't seem like good business practice to me.
I won't spend money at Rudy & Olives again.

Jeff had a wonderful smile on his face and kept checking on us...his food is awesome and fresh.....the location is also cool ..just by the ocean .. the best fish and chips in town...
