I visited this evening. Patio looks so nice. Tye service counter could look more clean. The two girls were super unfriendly. It was just a convenience store experience. I don’t know why they have tip option on the payment machine for this type of service

The staff were really nice. Orders were taken fairly quickly....but we ordered double Americanos and got basically hit watered down coffee. Couldn't drink it. It tasted like the barrista making the double, made a single and put it in a large cup. Disappointing considering it was almost $10 for two coffees (which would be totally fine if drinkable) and we didn't notice until we got home.

Why do the servers put their entire hand over the cup I am going to drink from, it is absolutely so disgusting that I to refuse to buy coffee from second cup now. I used to love to meet my clients and have a coffee and chat!

I didn't have time in the morning, so I ordered coffee through my mobile. When I arrived, there were no other customers, yet the coffee I ordered wasn't ready even after some time had passed. The staff was just standing. Eventually, after waiting for a while, I had to approach them myself to inquire about my order. They didn't show any signs of apology and were extremely rude when finally handing over the coffee. The entire experience left me feeling quite uneasy since the morning.

The coffee, treats, and other drinks they serve are really good at a competitive price. It's a nice little Cafe with indoor and out door seating. The staff is a hit and miss. Some of the baristas are super nice, others look miserable. When you're performing a service like that you have to sometimes put on a fake smile. I work retail so I get it.
