Super friendly and amazing service! Always leave with a delicious drink

I ordered two regular coffees and a hot chocolate. I got the coffee right away and then stood for about 15 minutes waiting for the hot chocolate. After seeing so many people that came in after me leaving with their beverages, I decided to ask (politely) if my order got missed. The person making drinks asked what my order was and I told her and she said it’s up next. I waited another few minutes then she put it down without even making eye contact or apologizing for the delay. I took my drink and started to leave without saying thank you because I was extremely irritated to which she sarcastically said have a nice day ma’am. I can see why she doesn’t work the counter with such lack of customer service skills. Aside from that for two medium coffees and a small hot chocolate cost me almost $13.

Being an avid coffee drinker, the aroma of coffee once I opened the door, made me to feel that I’m in perfect comfy zone.
We tried mocha and Latte along with Cinnamon roll. Mocha was amazing.
Team’s rapid and humble service was remarkable. The place was clean, tidy within Gas station in Chain lake drive.

Great place DO NOT ORDER THE LEMON BAR. I got one and it tasted so strongly of eggs. Idk if that's how it is every time but so gross, not worth the risk. All the employees are wonderful though and the coffee and other sweets are great

I know it's a chain, but the Bedford location has really friendly staff and fresh baked goods. Good place to grab a coffee and snack, read a book and relax.

I visited this evening. Patio looks so nice. Tye service counter could look more clean. The two girls were super unfriendly. It was just a convenience store experience. I don’t know why they have tip option on the payment machine for this type of service

The staff were really nice. Orders were taken fairly quickly....but we ordered double Americanos and got basically hit watered down coffee. Couldn't drink it. It tasted like the barrista making the double, made a single and put it in a large cup. Disappointing considering it was almost $10 for two coffees (which would be totally fine if drinkable) and we didn't notice until we got home.

Why do the servers put their entire hand over the cup I am going to drink from, it is absolutely so disgusting that I to refuse to buy coffee from second cup now. I used to love to meet my clients and have a coffee and chat!
