Fyi, they do not accept coupons!
The fine print, on the coupon, does states at ‘participating restaurants only’.
I went to this subway and ordered footlong sub during closing time. Cashier who made the subway didn’t made it properly may be she was new .don’t know the reason .It was complete wastage of money. Sauce was just added in middle . It feels like I am eating just bread with few old veggies.
I’m a regular customer and usually love coming to this place, always fresh and the staff has been great. But today was disappointing the new guy at the counter seemed annoyed from the start, barely spoke, and acted like I was bothering him just by placing an order. It completely ruined the experience. Hope management addresses this, because I’d hate to stop coming here over one rude employee
I’m really disappointed with my recent Subway order via online delivery. I ordered cookies as an add-on and I was charged for them but they were never included in my order. But that was the least concerning thing as while eating my sub, I bit down on something so hard that I genuinely thought I had chipped a tooth. I immediately stopped and pulled out a couple of small, rock-hard pieces that were white but definitely not teeth (see photo attached). I have no idea what they were, but the experience was incredibly alarming and unsettling. This is not something to take lightly and it’s the kind of thing that could cause serious harm to a customer.
To top it off, I’ve been to this location before and noticed the produce quality is subpar. The green peppers were turning orange and red and the lettuce was brown and wilted and they still went ahead and served it to me. It’s disappointing to see the same issues persist.
I have never written a review in my life but this experience was bad enough to make me feel the need to share it. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. I really hope the management takes a closer look at the quality of the food and service. This experience has made me lose trust in this Subway altogether.

I have worked in the mall for years and all the workers know my order and name off by heart.

I work inside the mall, I have been here number of times.I don’t expect much, but I do expect to be greeted when I enter. No greeting, no smile, no “can I help you?”Customer service is about making customers feel valued, and that’s something this place completely lacks.
Do not recommend this location. The food is always gross. Even my cookie was hard as a rock! I took them to another location to get fresh ones and they couldn't believe how hard my cookie was, it was so old.
The girl working there was SO rude.
I'll never go to this one again, I've given them multiple chances and always leave disappointed.
I appreciate to the pregnant girl. She’s still working and giving good customer service too ?

If I could rate this Subway as a 0 I would, but sadly a 1 is the lowest score I can give.I've never felt so invisible in my life… When my husband and I got to this Subway, there was someone in front of us, so we stood behind them and waited for our turn to order. When they were done, we continued to wait at the counter but the woman behind the counter totally ignored us.Then a man walked up to the opposite side of the counter and the woman went over to take his order. When this happened, we thought maybe we were on the wrong side of the counter to order, so we went over to that side and waited for her to take our order. Once again, the woman completely ignored us.To top it off, a group of people went to the other side of the counter (the side we were originally at) and the woman (for the third time) ignored us, and took their order :-O !!!!!We were so shocked! At this point I spoke up and asked the woman where we should stand to order because we had been waiting there awhile. She looked at us and made some remark that I didn't quite hear, so we left, and we will never be back.Incidentally, we ended up going to the Subway on Sackville Drive in Lower Sackville, and wow, they restored my faith in Subway! What a great group of employees there! I'll be writing a 5-star review for them next.

The workers are extremely rude to customers, and half the time, they do not even wear gloves when making a sub. I work in the building, so I often stop here for lunch, and today I watched her handle change from her previous customer and then use the SAME GLOVES TO MAKE THE NEXT PERSONS SANDWICH. That's disgusting. Train your staff on customer service and health and safety violations before someone reports you; because it's coming.
I don't recommend this place because of the mean girl who set up my daughter. My daughter worked for a cleaning company in a shopping center, a girl from Sobway asked for her vacuum cleaner, my daughter gave it to her, she didn’t know what exactly it was for. There were 20 minutes before the end of the shift and the daughter went home, hoping that the girl from Sobway would be adequate and would give the vacuum cleaner to the cleaner who came later. The girl from Sobway didn’t collect garbage for them, she thought of collecting water for them (!!!) the vacuum cleaner is not designed for that! She told my daughter that she had already done this... As a result, she damaged the company’s property and the vacuum cleaner stopped working. A week later, my daughter was fired unfairly, completely discriminated against, and racist, they said she gave an inadequate response to her actions! Because the daughter speaks English poorly and was unable to defend her rights, and the one who really ruined the property turned everything on her. I think that this girl from the cafe should be fired and she should apologize to my daughter for setting her up so brazenly and the person is now without a job through her fault. I will say more, my daughter tried and worked on weekends, and studied on the rest of the days. Work was important to her! I ask the management of Sobway to read my review and fire the girl who blatantly set up my daughter, there is no place for someone like that in the environment. She should be responsible for ruining the property of the cleaning company, and not my daughter, who out of her kindness gave her this vacuum cleaner. She was the one who damaged the vacuum cleaner and left it unattended in the shopping center. Why did she collect water for them? She is to blame, let her answer for brazenly setting up her daughter! Due to this stress, the child began to develop severe allergies, his fingers became swollen and blisters appeared. Takes pills. She was very nervous and felt guilty. But it is the girl from Sobway who is to blame for this situation.
The indian lady worker in Sunnyside mall Subway is very rude to the customers and delivery workers. Subway owner you are wasting your time paying one of your worker that will ruin the reputation of your business.This lady worker has no care to your business she is not doing her job. Acting like a boss chit chatting with co workers doing nothing while customers and delivery workerswaiting for them to finish thier conversations with no significance approaching or taking orders and if you interrupt she will give you nasty response
I am doordash driver and i arrived before the customer and they were making the food of other are we not important to you as we are delivering and making your business success by delivering to customers, it was time around 6:40 and they totally ignore me and talked rude to me, which is totally disrespectful and make sure to give them training how to treat with each and everyone as i know i have worked in restaurant for 4 years. Thank you and keep your business up.
