I ordered a steak sub a few weeks ago and when I got home, there was barely any steak on it. It was less than half of what I usually get at any other subway. I assumed it was overlooked and went back last night to order three subs. All three of our subs were burnt and again, they were super cheap with the meat. I had someone else pick them up so I don’t expect them to say anything at the time but I should be able to expect some quality in at least one of the subs. They were all horrible. The best part is they have a tip option when paying for it so shouldn’t they at least, put in their bare minimum effort? Hopefully management reviews these ratings and provides better training to their staff. In the meantime, I hope I save someone some disappointment when they’re looking for a quick and easy meal.

Fresh ingredients, well made sandwich, excellent quantity and quality. I was amazed how the employee manage all these orders by himself during rush hour. The Administration of the Gary Martin location should schedule at least 2 employees to handle all the customers during the weekend specially after the hockey games. I feel bad for the young guy trying to do his best by himself. I saw the same situation at the Mill Cove location. Great employees should be treated better.

This Subway is a great place to grab a snack then watch a game. Similar to the A&W across the road from it, the service is not good, as I frequently have to call over to the staff to grab their attention from their phones. It’s never crowded which is very good.Have a good day/night!

Looked at the reviews before going. Figured something might have changed or that people were just picky. I was wrong. It is hard to find being inside of the sports arena. They only had one person working there they only had white bread plain. My sub had the wrong ingredients and proportionately wrong. Overall not

Lunch time it can get a bit busy with high school students from CPA, just around the corner.
Staff never have a sense or urgency, never receieve good customer service here.Not sure why this subway never participates in Subways deals or coupons. I'd rather drive the short distance to the next Subway that has deals.

Seeing an employee wiping his nose through the glass panels while we were walking in should have been enough of a tip for us to walk away. Foolishly we went to the counter to order. I was skipped over to a man behind me (this was not at a busy time). The staff struggled with basic communication for what ingredients and how much to put in my husband's sub. English is not the first language of the staff, I realize this, but at least knowing the basics vocabulary about food should be expected. I decided I'd be better off going elsewhere for my meal and did not purchase.
