Sushi Nami Royale in Bedford offers a mix of experiences. While some diners appreciate the restaurant's unique view and friendly service, others have been disappointed by the quality of ingredients, citing off-putting avocado and inadequate wasabi and ginger. However, many customers have found the sushi to be outstanding, with every bite bursting with freshness and care. The salmon nigiri, in particular, is noted for its rich, buttery flavor, and the rice is perfectly seasoned.
Families celebrate special occasions here, enjoying dishes like tempura rolls and seared eel nigiri, with kids declaring it “the best fish ever.” Adults have been impressed with the sashimi platter, which features fresh, smooth fish that is easy to enjoy. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful.
From a culinary perspective, Sushi Nami Royale showcases impressive technique and ingredient quality. The sashimi is exceptionally fresh with clean, firm cuts, and the rice is seasoned well to complement the fish. Dishes like fatty tuna and Hokkaido sea urchin are rich and creamy, making this restaurant a worthy destination for sushi lovers. Regulars continue to enjoy their rolls, and many are eager to return with friends.
