Please add pictures in your menu I am having a hard time understanding how to order rice seaweed bites (sushi???) also contact your skip the dishes rep and add pictures bcuz I had to order from competition 100 dollar order. Sorry Thanks

As a true sushi lover, I can honestly say this place exceeded all my expectations! Every bite was bursting with freshness and care — especially the salmon nigiri, which just melted in my mouth with a rich, buttery flavor. The rice was perfectly seasoned and packed just right, showing real craftsmanship. From the sashimi platter to the torched rolls, everything was beautifully presented and made with top-quality ingredients. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates great sushi — it’s absolutely worth the visit!

We went to this sushi restaurant as a family to celebrate a birthday, and the experience was wonderful. The kids loved the tempura rolls and seared eel nigiri — one of them even said it was “the best fish ever!” The adults were really impressed with the sashimi platter. The fish was fresh, sliced just right, and had no fishy smell at all — very smooth and easy to enjoy. Even I, who usually avoids raw fish, ended up having several pieces. The whole atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and the service was thoughtful. We’re already planning to come back with friends.

From a culinary perspective, this sushi restaurant demonstrates impressive technique and ingredient quality. The sashimi was exceptionally fresh — no excess moisture, no off-smells, just clean, firm cuts with precise knife work. The rice was seasoned and tempered perfectly to complement the fish without overpowering it. I especially recommend the fatty tuna and Hokkaido sea urchin — both were rich, creamy, and absolutely unforgettable. Even compared to high-end sushi bars in major cities, this place holds its own with confidence.

I’ve visited the downtown Halifax location of Sushi Nami and have highly enjoyed it, but found the Bedford location to be underwhelming. The service was good. However, the food was simply not as good as previous visits and the atmosphere was not enjoyable for a dining experience. I would recommend visiting the downtown location for a better meal.

Good selection of rolls. The presentation of them was really nice and everything tasted super fresh. Our server was really friendly and helpful.
