Swiss chalet was good, alittle over priced for what you get. Like everything else. But the chicken was great, sides on a family dinner are the size of a small gravy cup. If I'm feeding 4 people that's not going to work.

Usually a very good place to eat, however when dealing with larger groups, service was underwhelming. Very slow, did not check on food or drinks and took awhile to get the dessert and bill, I understand that sometimes places get overwhelmed, but the server forgot alot of basics...several times

This chain has gone down hill quickly. We ordered the family deal for take out. The chicken was dry, the spring rolls had VERY little filling. The donuts were so heavy with grease, they left a film in my mouth. The caramel dipping sauce had no flavour. We got a baked potato for side. Also very dry. I didn’t eat the fries because they were small little pieces left from the bottom of the basket. All around disappointed for a $50 family meal deal.

When I tell you guys this is the best Swiss Chalet in Nova Scotia, it really is. I believe it’s family owned, with amazing service. Judy is an excellent waitress who is always super friendly and quick! Their food is always perfect, fast, you don’t wait 45 minutes for your food or your bill, it’s never too packed, and in a great area with shopping malls and a superstore. 10/10!!

2024 Christmas Dinner... The chicken was mushy like geriatric food, and the garlic cheese loaf had more grease than cheese. Also, it was the worst overcooked baked potato I ever had! Wendy's makes a better baked potato. Thanks for ruining Christmas dinner.
