The food here is great but it is very difficult to get through a telephone order as there is nobody who speaks english. A conversation is next to impossible, they only know the names of the food, any other specific instructions and forget about it.

Now that I can order from Uber Eats, the entire service was excellent. Highly recommend this place. Great food and much easier to order on Uber. I would recommend in-person ordering or Uber to avoid confusion over the phone.

Best Thai food in Bedford!

This restaurant should be close forever!! the worst noodles ever!! and lets not talk about the service....We pressed 5 different buttons and no one came to help us. my lamb was terrible and the noodles were very gross.... to be honest, I would like to have our money refunded.

My mom meets me for lunch a few times a month and we always go to Thai Ivory for mango salad and spring rolls. Staff are always wonderful and friendly and the food is delicious! My kids love the crispy chicken that we order from the other Bedford Highway location and anything else I've tried has always been fantastic.

I usually love Thai Express, but this time it was not so great; the portions were small and the order overall for what you get seemed over-priced. To get a very small order of Butter Chicken with Naan Bread was over $17.00 and the flavor, while extremely spicy, was somewhat bland, and there was barely any chicken in it. Definitely disappointed in this visit to Thai Express. :(

My wife and I used to love eating here, it reminds us of the more authentic Thai food from back home in Chicago. But this week was very different. It seems they have changed cooks and the food is nowhere near as good as it was. We ordered pad see ew and spicy basil noodles, both of which came to us very bland with no flavor at all. They used regular broccoli instead of Chinese broccoli in the pad see ew, and the "extra spicy" noodles weren't spicy in the least. In fact, they had no flavor. I was really disappointed, as this used to be my go-to spot. I hope they revert back to their old cook or improve on what's currently going on in their kitchen now.

Unfortunately we are very disappointed!My husband ordered our lunch at Thai Ivory Indian Express & Catering at UBer Eats and to our surprise it was the worst Indian food we've ever eaten.The curry tasted super sweet, it looked like it was made with ketchup, the lamb meat had a strange texture and taste, the vegetables were undercooked. Besides the food is super spicy. I sent my complaint to your customer service and I have not received any feedback from you.

I've always had wonderful service here! I would sometimes frequent it twice a week at one point! The food is always served fresh and hot. I'm a big fan of their rice bowl with chicken.
