It’s been covered before, but adding my voice. The poor Innes’ must be spinning in their graves. The Chickenburger… yikes… gone so far downhill.
Tonight I took my daughters before their dance class. Two 3-piece chicken tender meals with rings and milk, and a chicken burger combo for me (with rings and an extra burger), $70…. You can go to a sit down and get a better meal for less.
The chicken burgers were soggy and small (size of a hockey puck). The tenders were SYSCO specials.
And the service… the folks working all had English as a second language. None of the kids you’d usually see working at the Chick. Lots of confusion, and a challenge to place the order. The first time round, she told me the total was over $80. Only after she went back through, and got help from two others, did the price fall to $70 (which is still insane).
It’s sad. I’ve been going for 30+ years. This was probably the last time. Prices need to fall, service get better, and quality go back to where it used to be.
Parking: Parking is probably the best part of this place.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I asked for a soup which is probably about a small coffee mug in size and a regular hot dog Which my total $8.04 Plus I added a dollar tip $9.04. It turns out the hot dog was 804 by itself.That is not a meal and only ketchup and mustard. Nine dollars it costs for a pack of hot dogs in the grocery store. And for this measley hot dog.I just paid 9$.

I haven't been to the Chicken Burger in some time, I will say I initially went for a chicken burger but as soon as I saw their fish and chips I had to ! And I'm sure glad I did the haddock was moist and fell apart so easily and the batter was the perfect cook around the haddock ,my only complaint was the fries , they seem cheap and undercooked other then that a great family meal !

One of the best places to get chicken burgers and they're hamburgers are also amazing. Always visit when I come back home to visit. Updated October, 5th, 2024 - Classic and original chicken burger is still the best of the best I've ever had, top notch and still tasty as they've always been, since I can remember. The hamburgers are also delicious and tasty.
Parking: Plenty of parking but the parking fills up quickly in the warmer months and on weekends.
Kid-friendliness: 100% kid friendly restaurant, my kids love it.

I had eater here many times in the past and enjoyed both food and atmosphere. The current hamburgers are smaller almost slider size, the fries are routine frozen and are unremarkable, the bulk ketchup is very thin and watery and the fountain softdrink was heavy on soda water and light on syrup. The quality of food for the price charged didn't meet my expectation and I would not eat here again. Er

Half cooked fries/poutine not worth the $3 upgrade very little cheese. Brought guests fron Kansas City and Ontario, won't do that again. Atmosphere is worth it for an ice cream otherwise food is not worth the visit
