Love this spot! Blueberry scone and lavender latte on repeat! The staff are friendly and efficient. Also, it’s such an inviting space to meet a friend for a catch-up. Another add in, their soups and sammies are delicious too! Thanks team Mellow Mug!

The service is so disorganized, it’s painful to watch the employees struggle. So many things could be optimized behind the counter in order to be able to serve customers in a reasonable delay. I ordered a pastry and after I paid I was told there was none left and didn’t get refunded or offered anything similar. They would benefit from making their menu less chaotic as it is very hard to read, is far from being accessible and also doesn’t list everything on their menu.

I just ordered a cinnamon roll from the new Bayer's Rd. location and it was hands down the BEST one I've ever had. Highly recommend

I ordered hot choco and vegan brownie. it's delicious not too sweet and the best part is the service, I don't know if the lady I'm talking to is the owner, but the lady is very nice and accomodating. She offered me if I dont like my order she will replace it. ❤️
