I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered an Everything Bagel toasted with cream cheese, and the quality was extremely poor. The bagel tasted stale, like it had been sitting out for a long time. It was very hard on the outside but strangely cold and slightly doughy in the middle, which shows it was not toasted properly.
There was barely any seasoning on the Everything Bagel, and the cream cheese was unevenly spread — one side had too much while the other side was almost empty. It looked like the order was prepared in a rush without any attention to quality or presentation. When I picked it up, it was messy, and ingredients were falling out.
For a well-known brand like Tim Hortons, I expect fresh bakery items and consistent quality. Bagels should be soft, fresh, and evenly toasted, not dry and difficult to chew. This is not the first time I have experienced issues with freshness, but this visit was especially disappointing.
I understand that it can get busy, but food quality should not suffer. Customers are paying for fresh products, and basic items like bagels should meet a standard level of quality. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the freshness and preparation process.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I will think twice before ordering bagels from here again.

I asked them for a drink with no ice she literally took offf the ice from the cup and give me a half empty cup that’s not acceptable to give a customer a half cup empty cup and also the service is shit she got mad cause I told her it’s an half empty cup that’s a very rude service never coming back here again

I usually place my order at this Tim Hortons almost every Friday afternoon. However, it’s one of the slowest I’ve ever been to, and the staff is incredibly rude. I usually use the mobile app to save time, but they’re always running late.

My grandson collects hockey cards and we couldn't find them anywere but this Time Horton's had them and the album. Very happy little boy. The staff were amazing at helping me and it's nice to be greeted with a smile 😊

It’s Tim’s so I don’t go in expecting excellent service but I have never encountered a drive through wait longer than those in the last 2 years at this establishment. They don’t even have chilli :(

Went today morning around 7.20am to get assorted timbits , the girl in the counter she packed the timbits in the box and rather passing it to me she just throwed it near me ..
Disgusting behaviour , you need some common sense more than your qualification for this job

Horrible . Will serve you water for French vanilla . They obviously see what is coming out of the machine so they are doing it on purpose . Imagine how they handle food !!

I ordered an iced capp on doordash, and even called to make sure it was made with 2% milk. The one assured me it was made with 2% milk. Order arrived, and what do you know. Not made with 2% milk. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I called Tim's, and they told me it was made with 2% milk, and they have it on video. I order an iced capp regularly, and know immediately the colour isn't right.

Always check your customised orders before leaving is all i will say
till now 3/4 of my orders have been messed up.

Same as almost every other Tim Hortons now. Have to repeat your order 5 times, it is still almost never correct, wait times are insane and there is no way out of this drive thru once you are in it. If you order food, it will look like someone used their elbows to throw it together.
