This place is an actual joke. Was there May 31, 8:50 AM. Ordered TWO double espressos and two breakfasts (that’s what I saw on the screen as well). Shouldn’t be hard.
They were taking forever, so we parked to wait. Girl finally comes out with the food and one cup. I say Hey, we ordered two double espressos. She points at the cup and goes Yeah, they’re both in there.
Excuse me? You seriously threw FOUR shots into one cup and thought that was fine?
I said But there’s TWO of us? She clearly didn’t get what the issue was, walked off, and came back with AN EMPTY CUP. Like, we were supposed to sit in the car and pour it ourselves?? Are you kidding me???
It’s not even about the coffee anymore, it’s the complete lack of logic. No common sense, no service. This is why people make jokes about Tims.
By the way, espresso was gross.

Wish I could rate my drink a 0. I ordered a medium London Fog (and 2 smile cookies) at the drive through at 10am on Saturday morning. The service was quick and friendly, but the London Fog was undrinkable. I'm pretty sure what they did was make a regular latte, with espresso, then drop an Earl Grey tea bag in there. It's the only explanation for the abomination that I was served. I was running around doing errands and didn't get to it until I was far enough away that I wasn't driving back, so I went home with it to (unsuccessfully) try and salvage it. I called the store to let them know, maybe get a replacement, but got no answer. So disappointed, waste of $4 and a terrible taste in my mouth.

Stop allowing people to get $30,$40 and $50 order in the drive through, ridiculous. The whole point to is to be fast and efficient not back everyone up for 15 minutes.

Service, Service, Service. I arrived at 8:50 snd they literally shut the lights off and act like they don’t see me. Another bad experience was when i arrived 10 minutes after they should be open and they were not ready and have to wait. Also, going to the driveway and wait at the window, i see my coffee ready, but employees having their sweet time inside and chatting while my coffee is ready and waiting. I don’t usually write negative reviews; but i was really upset with the service multiple times.

Awesome food. I always get steeped tea. Navi makes me a tea most of the time. This location has a same recipe as other locations but they keep everything fresh which makes me come to them more frequently.

Couple nights ago I accidentally drove my car up on the curb which jutted out into the parking lot. It was very dark and I was distressed and embarrassed. The manager, Marc, was about to leave when he kindly came over to offer help and a coffee. He carefully backed my car off the curb for me and then got me a donut (I already had coffee). He was so kind and understanding. I’m very grateful to him for his kindness. Thank you Tim’s.

I never leave bad reviews, although a certain employee in particular not speaking a singular word to me in the drive through wasn’t all that great. I work retail and understand working early hours in the morning suck, but you don’t have to be ignorant to your customers.
