This has to be the most frustrating Tim Hortons in existence. Every single time I go through the drive-thru, I end up being told to pull ahead and sit in the parking lot like I’ve got nothing better to do. Isn’t the whole point of a drive-thru to actually drive through? Instead, it feels like a waiting game where fast food turns into slow torture.

It doesn’t matter what you order – maybe they should just shut down the drive-thru altogether if they don’t know how a drive thru works.

Save yourself the wasted time and unnecessary frustration. This location clearly doesn’t understand efficiency, consistency, or customer service. I’d rather go out of my way to another Tim Hortons than keep getting stuck in their parking lot waiting for “fast food” that’s anything but fast.

I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. It took over 10 minutes to get my sandwich and it’s not the busy. I was the only customer waiting in the store.

There were 3 employees working and all 3 were attending to the drive thru while there was a line up of customers in store. I waited almost 10 minutes just to be acknowledged and the man in front of me actually just left because of the wait. If you are short staffed, close the dining room and just operate the drive thru. Customers in store are just as important as drive thru customers..

Slowest Tim Hortons in Halifax. Don’t go here if you’re in any sort of rush to go somewhere. If I order two lattes, I am waiting over 15 minutes for my order, easily. No point in mobile ordering here either, they won’t look at it for the first 10 minutes anyways.

This place is an actual joke.
Was there May 31, 8:50 AM. Ordered TWO double espressos and two breakfasts (that’s what I saw on the screen as well). Shouldn’t be hard.

They were taking forever, so we parked to wait. Girl finally comes out with the food and one cup. I say Hey, we ordered two double espressos. She points at the cup and goes Yeah, they’re both in there.

Excuse me? You seriously threw FOUR shots into one cup and thought that was fine?

I said But there’s TWO of us? She clearly didn’t get what the issue was, walked off, and came back with AN EMPTY CUP. Like, we were supposed to sit in the car and pour it ourselves?? Are you kidding me???

It’s not even about the coffee anymore, it’s the complete lack of logic. No common sense, no service. This is why people make jokes about Tims.

By the way, espresso was gross.

Wish I could rate my drink a 0. I ordered a medium London Fog (and 2 smile cookies) at the drive through at 10am on Saturday morning. The service was quick and friendly, but the London Fog was undrinkable. I'm pretty sure what they did was make a regular latte, with espresso, then drop an Earl Grey tea bag in there. It's the only explanation for the abomination that I was served. I was running around doing errands and didn't get to it until I was far enough away that I wasn't driving back, so I went home with it to (unsuccessfully) try and salvage it. I called the store to let them know, maybe get a replacement, but got no answer. So disappointed, waste of $4 and a terrible taste in my mouth.
