I admit I am that person that goes in at 9pm wanting two extra large teas. The staff are always so gracious, friendly and accommodating, going so far as to apologize that they have to make a new pot. This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever seen for poor service, the attitude of the staff is awful , its as if they are doing you a favor by serving you, this used to be a good local Tim with and excellent atmosphere and good service, not any more its hard to make an order due to a lack of understanding or just the staff don't care.
Ask for a very simple decaf black couldn’t even get that right

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too, they literally mess up my iced latte EVERYTIME. Today I ordered a pizza and watched them drop the dip on the ground and then pick up and proceed to pass to me with sauce spilling all out of it / just came up on the ground disgusting to say the least, I will avoid this location at all costs they definitely do not care about customers or their quality of food and drinks.
