I probably had one of my worst Tim Hortons experience at this location. The restaurant was fully staffed, yet they were struggling to serve the 4-5 customers that were there in a timely manner. One or two of their employees were just standing there while the other 4-5 were working to make orders and 1-2 were taking orders at the counter. When I finally got to order, I had a feeling the guy serving me was going to mess up my 2-drink order because I had to repeat myself. I ordered an iced capp with milk instead of cream plus a shot of espresso, and a large decaf with two milk. It took an incredibly long amount of time to receive my order. When my order got served, it was written 2M ES on my decaf lid. I verbally confirmed that the espresso shot had been put in the iced capp, NOT the decaf. The guy confirmed. I then also checked that the cream in the iced capp had been replaced with milk. He asserted verbatim ā€œyes, milk in both drinksā€. I thanked him and left. When I took a sip of my decaf, I realized that there was no milk in it. The only reason this review is getting 2 stars on ā€œFoodā€ instead of one is because my spouse’s order (the iced capp) was correct. My question is how do you forget to put one ingredient in a TWO ingredient drink, write on the lid that the milk has been added AND verbally confirm that there is indeed milk in my coffee when there’s none???

One of the best store I have ever been. The food was correctly made and it felt really fresh. The black turban guy who took my order was so kind and friendly. I felt so positive being there. Would love to visit the store again.

Ordered an ice coffee and they just filled it up nowhere near where the tim hortons standards say. When I confronted them said that is till where they are supposed to fill up till. If the owner see this message please note they filled it up between the 3rd and 4th line on the cup. Now i wonder whether it was worth paying for that iced coffee

Ok i m From India and i really don’t wanna say that The Indians who are working here have zero Customer Service skills. I hate to speak My Language when Someone is waiting On Front Desk and they were constantly speaking and it was enough loud to Irritate Someone . Hate this thing and food quality was Pretty bad . Speak English when you have Someone at front

Ordered a tiramisu cold brew, was surprised when I was given it without the coldfoam and cinnamon on top and still charged the same price as it normally would be. Asked and was informed that their espresso machine was low functioning so they were only using it when "necessary". Avoid this business who cheats their customers.

Recommend avoid this location. I had an original score of 4 for years. Had to change to 1. Quality and available items have gone drastically downhill. For the last 7 visits there was several items not available and food Quality and customer severice seems to have degraded for what it was consistently for years prior. I avoid that particular location now. Substandard franchising ?

Was told yesterday that they have decided to discontinue stocking Chamomile Tea. This is extremely discouraging as it’s one of the only things many customers who have any digestive, or major health concerns can drink. It would be great if they would reconsider this choice.
