Village Taphouse of West Bedford

Neat bar in a nice section of Bedford. This place was surprisingly busy on a random evening and you just have to fend for yourself trying to grab a table. I really dislike that they have no food except some random snacks. Although it’s nice that they let you bring food in so I got some sushi from the next plaza and brought it over. Interesting arrangement but overall just inconvenient. The beer selection on tap is excellent and was able to try a few options before picking my pint. Was hard to get service as you sort of fight for the bartenders attention.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Amazing selection of craft beers, the best service and such a cool spot to hang out and relax with friends and family. Highly highly recommend checking it out!

This is a good place to relax with great background music and beer. We are from Missouri and this reminded us of home. We sat at the bar and had a conversation with the guy about the many beers on tap. Very cozy vibe with sofas etc and It’s ok if you bring in food. Definitely a 5 star place!

Nursing women are not allowed on the outside patio with their baby. But dogs are.
Pretty sad that an establishment treats dogs in higher regard than actual people.

I have been a regular customer since it opened. The beer is great and they rotate in a great selection of local craft beers. There is a multitude of seating options for all people. They have regular trivia night, music nights, comedy nights and special tasting nights. If I had one complaint is that it does not open earlier, but then again, that could be dangerous, lol. The servers are excellent and well versed in their product line. Come on down if you enjoy the occasional drink. You can pick up food from any of the 8 nearby take out restaurants and bring it in with you!

Great place!

There is no food there other than chips/popcorn, etc. You can order food from other places and take it in. This is a beverage room with beer on tap. Hal Bruce was playing there, a master at Beatles music ?. Nice time.

Nice looking place but As a War Veteran they are not Service Dog Friendly to people with disabilities. A Service dog when on duty is not considered a Dog guys!

We are close by and went to see Hal Bruce play which was great but seating was a little short but they were very gracious and invited us to sit at the bar which was great. Excellent customer service and there is a great selection on tap. They don't have a kitchen but some of our favorite food places are next door and they will deliver to you. Overall, a great experience.

No food here but you're encouraged to bring some in. They even have take out menus from the nearby places. Excellent friendly staff and a large selection of beverage options. Beer, cider, wine and top shelf whiskey. We did a quiz afternoon on a Sunday, great time!

Great neighborhood bar within walking distance to home. No menu for food but any kind of beer you could imagine. It feels like you’re in Nashville when you step inside. Always a great vibe with different weekly events ie Trivia Night, Singles Mixers, Cinco de Mayo parties etc. karaoke. Weekly there is always something going on. Grab your girlfriends and head on down! Older crowd.
