The best coffee in the valley hands down the coffee is great and I love how you can buy bags of coffee so you can make there incredible coffee at home and there other stuff is great ro
Vegetarian options: It's a coffee place so if you can't have milk you can just ask for a black coffee or just no milk
Dietary restrictions: If you're lactose intolerant, you can just ask for no milk. The coffee is also pretty customizable so you don't really have to worry
Kid-friendliness: The hot chocolate here will make any kid happy it can warm up even the coldest person

Another fine coffee shop/roaster. Whenever I am in Berwick I go here for a coffee. They roast a great bean and make a delicious americano. Staff is always great. Every town needs one of these. Skip the franchise coffee shop across road and support your locally roasted coffee, it is really worth it.

No baked goods here - don’t believe the photos. Also, no bathroom, nor indoor seating.

This place never bothered to resume normal service after COVID. There's nothing to eat, and no place to sit other than some old picnic benches outside. It's basically just mediocre takeout coffee. Very disappointing experience for a "café, " and your Google description says you're "dine in," which is misleading.

This coffee is simply the best. Been buying it for several years both online and in the store.

The good and the not so good concerning North Mountain Coffee. This used to be my go to Coffee shop in the Berwick area but lately I rarely go there and other people have told me the same.So the good aspects of North Mountain are both the drip Coffee and their bulk Coffee Beans they have for sale. The not so good is that as of late they can’t make a decent hot Latte to save their lives. I’ve been so disappointed on multiple occasions to get back out to my vehicle looking forward to a nice hot morning Latte, but instead taste a lukewarm at best syrupy concoction that is completely unappetizing as far as a Latte is concerned. I have even gone so far as to take the cup back inside and tell them it’s basically cold only to be made a slightly warmer version. As Lattes are usually why I go somewhere for coffee I’ve pretty much dropped NMC for this reason. I realize this may sound harsh but I’ve given them many chances to get Lattes right on the chance different Baristas will make a difference but it doesn’t seem to matter. It really seemed to make a difference when they downsized the place during Covid, before that every Coffee experience there was great afterwards unfortunately not so much.

The North Mountain Coffee shop and experience pre- Covid and after their post Covid downsizing are two very different things. It is still a good place to drop in to for a drip coffee to go and to purchase bulk coffee beans. There is no longer any indoor seating area or place to socialize and meet friends for coffee and only a couple outside picnic tables for favourable weather days. Meanwhile the specialty drinks such as Lattes have really disappointed lately which is a real shame. Unfortunately North Mountain Coffee has morphed from being a real gem of the community and a favoured ‘go to’ place into just an occasional afterthought.
The Dark roast is the best ?
Good coffee
Used to be a great experience but since they removed the indoor tables and seating, the place has lost its charm - and I can imagine a lot of foot traffic and revenue. However, the coffee still does not disappoint.
It's not even close, this the best coffee in NS
