Decided I would go to Robyn’s to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich, cause Tim Hortons line was moving slower than the dead and the employees were more concerned with socializing than anything else.
Anyways, Robyn’s, you have a customer for life, my coffee and sandwich was amazing, an I will be going there from now! The staff were great as well, considering they’re also working a drive through as well.

By far the worst customer service of anywhere in the valley, staff will stand around chatting and joking while you wait 15 minutes for a coffee that is usually gross or food that is consistently under or over cooked, on top of that there is absolutely no standard of professionalism from staff making inappropriate jokes to staff (and management) screaming across the store at each other both good and bad. The management here isn't any better as they stand around doing nothing but barking orders at their employees instead of actually helping them, all in all Robin's in berwick is by far the worst place in the valley to get coffee or food and I do not recommend that anyone goes here

I got a chocolate chip muffin that was like $2.50 and it started off very hard and dry. Then I got to the middle and it was wet and raw. Yes. Raw. At first I thought it was cream or a filling so I kept eating it and I showed my sister and she said it was raw. And one of the workers kept yelling at an Indian worker. Like he's not deaf? He probably doesn't understand. It's not his fault. Anyways perhaps be nicer? And actually cook your food. Thanksssss

Staff are a tad careless ignoring customers talking about non work related things... I have walked in to staff crying, yelling both happy and not, swearing and even making inappropriate jokes. I'm not too sure how to feel about the atmosphere here.

My coffee doesn't not have sugar in it. Almost every time I get coffee from there it has sugar in it.

Staff are fantastic. Most of the food is good. Best smoothies in town because they don't taste like grass. Only issue is the doughnuts are always stale.

Charged a higher price than posted on the drive thru sign...no refund offered even after I physically showed then that I was correct..2nd time and 2nd location..
