Great service, just 2 people working today, and it was VERY busy, we stayed and ate, and the whole time they were lined to the door with new customers coming often. We'll done to the 2 working today around 130pm. You guys did amazing!

Worst Subway ever! Took forever to be served. Had enough chicken (on my 6 inch chicken teriyaki to fill one half of it) had to ask employee to spread meat out to cover sub, or else he would have left the meat to one side. It really needed more meat! They put very few veggies on, had to ask for more. Then when I went to scan my app for points, the employee ask to scan two times then told me something is wrong with system 🙄

The manager at Berwick, NS is useless. My man is a regular he is in the store most everyday. All the employee at the store know what my man has on his sub.... the new manager knows what he has on his sub he pretends and plays stupid....... the manager is very rude..... The one that should be the manager is Ryan. All the employee's are the best......

I go to Berwick subway daily for my lunch great staff ryan and Dee know how to serve there customers to satisfaction! My absolute two favorite people from there also the boss Joel is awsome ....never have had a complaint when it comes to these 3

The staff member who worked today, (Feb 20th, a little after 3) was amazing. I had a pretty full order, and at the same time 2 separate groups came in to order. The store quickly got busy with people outside about to come in as well. She handled it so great. It can be easy to get overwhelmed with a full house and only one person working. So I just want to give her a big kudos ? she did so well. Please give her the recognition, she deserves it. Thanks

Most of the time staff are a bit grumpy to customers or arguing with eachother behind the counter. The quality of the food has dropped a lot since new owners took over.

Amazing food, service and cleanliness of the resturant. The only reason I'm giving 3/5 is the management/ownership. Working their employees butts off for minimum wage, here in Friday night 8 customers in the store, half waiting to be served, half just served. It is like this many weekends. She still manages to do an amazing job! ?
