I was quite disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons location. I waited in line for nearly 15 minutes, and the line barely moved. The staff appeared more focused on socializing with customers/eachother than on efficiently taking and preparing orders. Eventually, I decided to leave and went to Robyn’s, which is less than a minute away, where I received my food and coffee promptly.
Out of curiosity, I walked back after being served at Robyn’s to see where I would have been had I stayed in line — I still would have been waiting with three people ahead of me.
Recommendation: If there’s a line at this Tim Hortons, I suggest heading to Robyn’s instead. The service is faster, and the food and coffee are of noticeably better quality .

This tim Horton is berwick was really good I love the team work even though it was busy they come together to make everyone got there order friendly staff trust me this will be my spot every time I come to Canada you guys keep up the good work.

Just now, I placed an order for myself and my friend while I was in line. After that, I forgot to buy Timbits, so I went back in line to order again. Suddenly, my first order was already done, so I picked it up and put it on the table. Then I went back to the line, and one of the crew members (Julian) pointed at me and said that the man behind me should go first. He said it in a rude way. What I did was let the man go ahead of me instead. The crew member was very rude around 3:20–3:40 pm, and my order also took a long time to be served.

This place was pretty decent at one time but it had definitely gone way down hill. I use to come to this Tim Hortons all the time but now I might go in here once in a blue moon now. The bathrooms are always absolutely nasty. There’s Toilet paper always all over the floor and the garbage cans are over flowing. I don’t find the staff to be very lively or welcoming. The last few time I have gotten a cookie or a doughnut there they have all tasted super dry.. Also I find it incredibly rude when the workers are talking to one and other in a different language right in front of you.
I have to say this is one of the best locations and the staff here are amazing. I am a daily visitor and my experience has always been very good. The service I receive is wonderful and the staff are always friendly and helpful and remember my order. I would highly recommend any one to visit this location.
