Poor customer support service. It took them a more than 20 mins to take our order. The tea was too cold and the wrap doesn’t take like the one we get from other Tims. The garbage was overflowing and it was full of flies and mosquitoes. I’m a fan of Tims, but this was too disappointing.

Extremely slow service , ordered 2 sausage breakfast sandwiches and a coffee ! it took over 17 minutes! Something has to change at this location .

Such a wonderful memory at this location! The sun was shining in, I was able to have my iced coffee which was made by an engaging employee and it was a great start to my day!

grabbed an oreo iced capp two days ago and they forgot the oreos on/in it and then this afternoon stopped for another one and the consistency was iced coffee instead of icy slushie consistency ... disappointing when you want an icy caffeinated bevy.

Quite a bit line .. but to be expected as there is no drive through...great customer service when it came to ordering...

except ... They wouldn't remake my iced coffee ... Was supposed to be made with Oat milk , and it wasn't ... You of course pay extra when switching milks ... Disappointed for sure .

Every time I’ve ordered from this establishment in the past year my order has been wrong.. aside from being inefficient. :( today was 2 sandwiches with extra sauce and was even charged for extra sauce on the tiny sandwiches, once home realized there was next to nothing on them for sauce at all.

Stood in line for 15 minutes, placed order of a tea and a breakfast sandwich. Got the tea almost immediately, but stood and waited for 30 minutes. That’s not an exaggeration. Literally 30 minutes. Normally I would just go up and ask if my order was called out and I missed it or maybe it got missed on the screen. It happens, whatever. There was absolutely zero chance to get any questions into the working staff as the older woman running the cash was constantly yelling at employees and customers trying to ask questions about their order. Eventually I got so fed up I worked up the courage to ask, which I was met with them telling me the farmers wrap that is on the counter is mine, the worker picks it up to hand it to me and it’s drenched in water on the bottom. At this point one of the employees takes it away and asks what my order was supposed to be, I then watch 3 other meals come out before mine. When I finally do get my sandwich, I’m missing a hash brown but I just took the sandwich and left before I lost my cool. Whoever was working the cash register was awful towards everyone.

I’ll also add, the tea I got at the beginning of this interaction which was almost too hot to hold when I got it, was now room temp and almost cold by the time I got out of that Tim Hortans.

I went late night about 10:50 pm so we could had some decaf coffee in the morning. They threw their doughnuts out just before i got there. Why don't they donate to food bank? Day old doughnuts, just heat 10 secs and good enough to eat. Come on Tim's.

Wow after yesterday being charged 15 dollars for a coffee and today not getting my muffins I asked the cashier if I could have my receipt cause I was missing items she immediately started causing a scenece in the store asking very loudly if I thought she was steeling from me . I have never been treated so badly by any store before. After getting home also realized the breakfast sandwich I did pay for isn't Eben their great way to get ripped off first thing in the morning

As a diabetic I'm getting really sick of this establishment messing up my coffee.

I get home after driving 10 minutes to find out I cannot drink the coffee I traveled for AGAIN.

Very specifically ask for no cane sugar it comes up on the display and they still put it in. Please instruct your staff to take no sugar requests more serious.
