Every time I’ve ordered from this establishment in the past year my order has been wrong.. aside from being inefficient. :( today was 2 sandwiches with extra sauce and was even charged for extra sauce on the tiny sandwiches, once home realized there was next to nothing on them for sauce at all.
Stood in line for 15 minutes, placed order of a tea and a breakfast sandwich. Got the tea almost immediately, but stood and waited for 30 minutes. That’s not an exaggeration. Literally 30 minutes. Normally I would just go up and ask if my order was called out and I missed it or maybe it got missed on the screen. It happens, whatever. There was absolutely zero chance to get any questions into the working staff as the older woman running the cash was constantly yelling at employees and customers trying to ask questions about their order. Eventually I got so fed up I worked up the courage to ask, which I was met with them telling me the farmers wrap that is on the counter is mine, the worker picks it up to hand it to me and it’s drenched in water on the bottom. At this point one of the employees takes it away and asks what my order was supposed to be, I then watch 3 other meals come out before mine. When I finally do get my sandwich, I’m missing a hash brown but I just took the sandwich and left before I lost my cool. Whoever was working the cash register was awful towards everyone.
I’ll also add, the tea I got at the beginning of this interaction which was almost too hot to hold when I got it, was now room temp and almost cold by the time I got out of that Tim Hortans.

I went late night about 10:50 pm so we could had some decaf coffee in the morning. They threw their doughnuts out just before i got there. Why don't they donate to food bank? Day old doughnuts, just heat 10 secs and good enough to eat. Come on Tim's.

Wow after yesterday being charged 15 dollars for a coffee and today not getting my muffins I asked the cashier if I could have my receipt cause I was missing items she immediately started causing a scenece in the store asking very loudly if I thought she was steeling from me . I have never been treated so badly by any store before. After getting home also realized the breakfast sandwich I did pay for isn't Eben their great way to get ripped off first thing in the morning

Lovely staff. Washrooms are D I R T Y! I’ve been frequenting this Tim’s for two years. The cleanliness has been consistently grungy.

As a diabetic I'm getting really sick of this establishment messing up my coffee.
I get home after driving 10 minutes to find out I cannot drink the coffee I traveled for AGAIN.
Very specifically ask for no cane sugar it comes up on the display and they still put it in. Please instruct your staff to take no sugar requests more serious.

Staff is slow. I think maybe they are short staffed. Glazed donuts are not fully glazed.some of the younger staff can't count change.
Parking: There are only 10 parking spots. And when the delivery truck is there it blocks the entrance.

My husband was waiting at cash for 3 minutes for someone to take his order while the 4 staff were congregating and chatting. Someone could have aleast said I will be with you in a minute. The service here is slow.
Has this place ever gone downhill!!
Extremely slow and no customer service skills whatsoever. It’s terrible that the workers will allow their friends and family to bypass the line, take orders from them on the side and fill them before serving customers that have already been waiting in line for so long.
If the franchisee doesn’t care about the service their workers provide then it’s up to us to stop patronizing these establishments.
Their Middleton location is the only location still worth going to. Their customer service skills surpass any of this franchises other locations.

I my name is Gloria Pearson I came to the restaurant around 10:45 today and I was trying to make an order and because of the iPod that was play loud music the lady at the front had to ask me over 3time to repeat my order it was so unprofessional this loud music, me an husband was planing to sit and eat but i realized these workers are so selfish and only care about there enjoyment than our present so we got up and leave
Tim Horton is a grate franchise but these workers need to be train I ask to speak with a manager or a supervisor I was there for over 10mins no one came so that’s why I decided to right you guys
