This is by far the best Tim's location I've been too. They have your order ready to go so fast its crazy. If you want Tim's go to this location.

Waited 30 min in drive thru! They took an order pulled them up waited till guy at window was done before taking another order! Have discontinued the Ham & Chedder Sandwich!! Asked for my Turkey Bacon not toasted they were burnt when I arrived home!! Gave me two Boston cream donuts just iced on top of each other sent them back gave me a chocolate dip and a Boston cream told her I wanted two Boston cream said I gave you 1 Boston cream and one dip said wasn’t what I asked for said that all there fresh! Wanted 1 plain donut only had timbits! Your food area is dirty you never have product available your staff don’t understand what your ordering then act dumb when you question them! Made my last trip to your establishment! Waste of $25

Full of frustrated customers who take a complete back seat to the drive-through orders. I ordered a toasted bagel and recieved it 22 minutes after ordering inside the store. The only reason I checked with the kitchen to see if they got my order was because I saw 10 drive through orders completed. The poor girl left on cash was under trained and completely flustered. Every other employee was dedicated to car based orders. This restaurant and its owner are now one of my lowest reviews. This is not directed at management or the regular employees. This is directed at the owner and the general manager of the store. Get it together. Treat your stuff better and they will have a better experience, so will your customers.
Addendum: Don't apologize to me. Apologize to your staff for not having proper training. Then you can start apologizing to the people who frequent your restaurant. I'm not going to call you out by name. However, a woman inside the restaurant, waiting for her coffees, said that every Tim Hortons in the area is run by the same owner. All are run in the same way.
