Service was ok but I got my bagel fully burned, I just asked for double toasted, that does not mean to burn it. I can’t even go back because I came so far and saw but, very bad food service, every time they have something like that in there food, The other day I saw a lady serving customer and iching in her head at the same time. This is not the way people serve food. Staff really needs to learn basic ethics.

In my opinion, this is the best Tim Hortons in the area. We refer to this as the main Tim Hortons. They more often have a better selection of Donuts, Pastries, etc. than the other Pictou Road location. This one has a drive thru but it is narrow. You are probably better off just parking and going in like I always do. When pulling out of drive thru take note there is a bad lip with the seam of the road. If you're trying to turn left out of the drive thru, you usually won't be able to cause its too busy. Probably safer instead to turn right, go to Jennifer Dr. Then turn right out of Jennifer Dr. when safe to do so.

All day breakfast shouldn’t end at 4pm. You guys need to teach your supervisors how to make eggs and bacon,as a past supervisor from this same location,I even remember how to make them. NEVER going back there again.i would’ve put zero stars if it was a option.
